Waterford Plaza Discount Drug Store

The you g lady was so helpful with the cosmetics I needed and very knowledgeable to my colour needs and skin type. Would recommend highly.

Check prices before buying. They are not a discount drug store.

I brought eye drops that were firstly scanned as $37. Chemist corrected the price to $26. I looked online and the same eyedrops can be brought for $14.99 at other chemist's.

They are ridiculously expensive. Prices almost double then elsewhere. Don't buy here.

They often close earlier than their advertised opening hours. That really makes me angry. If I did that in my job there would be huge trouble. It’s just lazy and selfish.

I have always been satisfied with the customer service and have found that they will price match.

Most disgusting and rude customer service ever have I to experience. And their products are at much higher price (probably 38% higher price) than chemist warehouse.

Not sure if this is the franchise style but this particular store always sell medicines at a much higher price than what's been published on their website. They will sell at the web published price ONLY when you show them the price on their webpage. Don't buy anything here, unless you check the price on their website prior.

I have my own regular discount drugstore pharmacy i go to and I was in the area and visited this store and omg I never realised how much more expensive this particular discount drugstore charged. The customer service was awful, she was very moody and unprofessional. I think what makes it worse is she was the pharmacist!
I Would prefer to be ripped off else where and recieve friendly customer service. Harsh review but it's the truth.

There's a Nurse Practitioner in attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am. Very handy if you need a medical certificate or scripts written. Staff here are friendly, helpful and efficient.
