We grabbed a grass fed eye fillet and it was the best thing we’ve ever cooked. The beef is legit, whilst the price was great. Very impressed with the whole setup of the shop, and the access. We won’t be going anywhere else from now on; highly recommend.

Wide range of meats especially beef. Hidden away down a carpark lane way but plenty of parking and wide, clean facilities.

Never seen a butcher shop that is well presented and have a lot of varieties of beef. They also have some lambs as well. The product quality is excellent, hence, I keep coming back. Price is affordable for the quality in return!

Plus, the staff service is great. Skye and Maria offers help and both welcoming. Very friendly. They both give recommendations and informs me what are the specials.

Such a great shop and excellent prices. Selks beef and lamb.would be nice to get a few pork lines in there, but beef range is awesome.

If you are a meat eater and within driving distance, you've no reason to not visit this wholesaler to the public. They have grades of meat for every budget and taste. Dry age ftw!

Had the same experience as Honglin Jiang. Purchased meat Saturday the 5th June, the meat was rotten. Since then have tried to contact The Big Butcher several times and seems the staff at The Big Butcher couldn't care a less.
First attempt at contacting The Big Butcher the woman i spoke to Crystal response to my situation was a sarcastic "riiiiight" and asked for my details so someone could call me back, no one called.
Second attempt I was told Crystal never took my details and no one knew of my previous call, I was promised the same thing and still waiting for a call back. Spent a lot of money on so called high quality meat for an event we were hosting, which obviously was an embarrassing disappointment.
Understandably, mishaps happen but when your business is butchery and your selling rotten meat its fairly shameful, not to mention when the staff you employ have really no concerns it seems with customer service.

We bought them on 13 Feb 2021. Kept in fridge until 14 Feb morning. When we opened it we found it went bad with big smelly. We had invited friends coming to share the expensive meat on 14 Feb. Such embarrassing! We also found the Bones we bought had expired on 13 February which was expired on the day we bought. So disappointing. Only Refund the WAGYU Tomahawk 8-9 MB on 15 Feb morning. Wasting time and not a happy shopping experience.

Great new shop, if you are a real ASSADOR this is a great place to buy whole large cuts of meat.

Went here for the first time and bought 2 Tomahawks for Christmas. Amazing quality, helpful staff, high quality meat for sure. You can taste the quality. Very very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

No range. Only go if you want beef or large cuts of lamb. No lamb chops, no lamb cutlets, no pork & only skinny beef sausages. Waste of my time going there, I was hoping to spend a few hundred on bbq meat.

Had a good chat with Brenton and the meat was top quality and reasonably priced, of course you can easily over spend here with the awesome selection of beef and lamb. Great place for WA produce. 100% coming back after I’ve made my way through the haul I already have.

Beef specialist but the Lamb is fantastic and the selection of seafood and fish is worth checking out. Cured Beef and the Waygu steaks are delicious and tender.
Absolute a must for meat shopping. You won't be disappointed.

Great prices and good selection. Definitely will be coming back for more. Beef is king here but there's lamb and small frozen seafood selection.

Best meatballs ever! In fact everything I bought yesterday looks great. Cooked a 2.5 kg blade roast in my BBQ that was recommended.unbelievable! BEST QUALITY for such a GREAT PRICE.

Don't take amex. Staff having a personal chat with friends around seafood cabinet. Customers have to go around other staff members doing nothing. Won't be back. Mark up River for sure

They sell delicious Margaret River Wagyu here! Very reasonably priced at $90/kg for MB8-9 Porterhouse, $100/kg for MB8-9 Sirloin, $35/kg for MB4-5 Rump. So good!
