I've been here a few times in the past and enjoyed it just fine. But lately these gal's have stepped it up a level with the chicken and fish burger I had last week just one word WOW.
Both burgers have the fillet hanging out the side a good inch in a nice bun with salad and sauce for less than you go buy a plastic whopper and dehydrated fries for! These ladies will be very busy soon if they keep up the parade! Thank you for my meal

Lady that was on today looked like she really didn't want to be there.
I got a steak burger. Meat was tough and the burger was so soggy and cold. Worst burger ever.
My hubby got a hamburger that was cold so bland. These burgers were not cheap either.
We got chips and gravy the chips weren't even cooked properly. Would never go there again.
Food and service terrible!

Terrible service. Asked for grilled fish which was on the menu, received battered. Was advised she did not know how to make grilled.ok then. Went up for aioli. Took 5 minutes in the back filling up a whole container of aioli enough to last a lifetime; just wanted a small amount. No napkins, also saw them too busy talking in the back to serve a customer so he walked out.
Will not go back or recommend anyone coming to this place.

Edit: yes I know where the napkins were ; there were none. She said she didn't know how to cook it and it would fall apart on the grill.

Probably the worst filled rolls we have had on this trip. Most bakeries make great salad rolls but not this place. The filling was moist - almost watery - and my chicken quite pink. Ended up throwing most of them away.

Clearly a miscommunication, I ordered 5 dollars worth of hot chips and received 2 small potatoes cut up like chips undecooked disgusied like my original order.im sure there cheese sausages are sensational tho.

My grandaughter ate her school lunch.before she went to school.

No bread in cupboard so had to go buy loaf.the lady offered to make me a sandwich instead.great service

Best chicken snitty burger in Australia! Even after I moved house I'd do the 2hr round trip to get one.

Little pricey for my taste. Chicken schnitzel & 600ml drink just under $12. Sadly the schnitzel was a bit oilier than usual but was well cooked. Friendly staff.

I can forgive that all the food you sell is dripping with so much fat that you have to drink it but I can't forgive the stale buns my bacon and egg roll came with this morning. No longer my morning breaky stop.

Had fish and chips last night, picked them up at closing time, got home and the contents were less than a childs serving. A handful of chips and two small off cut's of fish. I took a photograph and posted it on their site, pity I can't post it on the rate and review page, not happy. I will be seeing the owner.

The food is usually really great here but today the chips were horrible, the potato pie tasted like it had been sitting for hours and the chocolate milkshake tasted like straight milk. Really dissapoined as we go there every day for lunch seeing we have no kitchen.

Should have learnt from the last 2 times. My mistake. Worst hotdog ever, cold, cheese not melted and 4 tiny dabs of tomato sauce. At $6 each, they are way overpriced and were unpleasant to eat. Never again.

Been going for years. Always kind staff and very fast service.
Enjoy the new extended space, with basic home needs inside.

Freindly Staff and polite, 10/10 for the best burgers, soft roll and lots of salad, onion, lettuce, grated carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, cheese, and sauce.its the first burger that ive tasted that reminds me of a True Australian Hamburger. Highly Recomended.

Apparently they close the kitchen at 1830. Even though the web says they close at 2000. The girl said they needed 1 hour to clean before closing. I went to Bayside. They close at 2000 as well. They take orders up to 1950. Mmmmm, 10 mins before closing. Worked out to be a blessing in disguise. The burgers were much better there.

Friendly staff, always good for a chat. The bain marie always has something to eat but I highly recommend ordering some fresh chips and a burger for some cooked goodness - love it.

Really friendly staff and a great spot for a quick snack on the go or an essential household item when you don't want to have to go to the shopping centre for it. The chips and burgers are great and worth the wait to have made up just how you like it. Prices are fair and very reasonable.

Firstly the lady can't count, she's worked there forever but yet was unable to see the fault when trying to steal $10 by over charging me for something she sells everyday, I had to double back to question why it cost so much an secondly when ordering our food I couldn't have been more plain an she still took it upon her self to give me the lesson option? ‍️
