I wouldn't come again for general service. Recently brought my outlander for the first time here. The engine oil change costed $400. They said I need the replacement of the rear brake pads (2 mm) and brake fluid flush. Both quotes were quite high. I went for the second opinion and been advised that the brake pads are still ok. 4-5 mm. Brake fluid is OK as well. What dodgy mechanics. Previously serviced in Mitsubishi Morley - they never been so dodgy and general service was cheaper.

Buying a brand new Pajero was an amazing experience and the staff were amazing….
The problem is the after service, any faults or problems they do not want to know and try to sting you for more money.
5 visits to diagnose a steering column problem. Had a problem with the back door strut and for them to warranty it they need me to bring the car in? If they deem it not warranty they will charge me $175 diagnostic fee.that’s not to mention the cost of supplying and fitting a new strut.
Stay away from this place at all costs.

I’ve just bought my first ever brand new car from Dev at Mitsubishi Wanneroo, the whole experience was an amazing one. From first contact, Dev was happy to work around me and find a time that suits. He kept me updated from start to finish, picking the car up was a breeze and so exciting seeing the big blue bow on the bonnet. Even now that I’ve picked it up, dev was more than happy to answer any futures questions or queries I may have. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy! Great service, great cars, great experience!

Purchase a good, safe, reliable car with reasonable price was so stressful for me as mum who take responsibility for buying first car for her daughter. (it was my 10 days memory before meeting Daniel)

Very poor. To start with the bald English bloke on service desk reception was very rude. I was passing on a message from my mechanic and all I got from him were rude and sarcastic comments.
Secondly I brought my Mitsubishi to them on the advice of my independent mechanic as the shocks were leaking and not roadworthy but the vehicle was within mitsu's warranty, now I found out their warranty is not worth anything.
I was looking at buying a new outlander to replace my wife's car and had planned a test drive but this dealer and Mitsubishi mean I doubt I will buy another Mitsubishi and definitely not from this dealer.

As a Serious buyer With finance ready
Cannot believe the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service shown by one of the new car salesman kain
even if the you Dealership does not have a lot of stock available I would of been happy with a reply email update
After 2 emails he did not reply i called him only to get a story that he was “logged out of his emails”and that he was Just about to reply to me
Fast forward 3weeks Nothing
have decided to go else where
