We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wanneroo, our second new vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. We have had some issues with vehicle which have been repaired under warranty. The glovebox kept falling open so we booked it in. When we collected the vehicle they told us that it was not included in the warranty so it wasn’t repaired. Then they tell us that we have to pay $250.00 inspection fee. When we challenged they dropped it to $195.00. Are you joking, I told them it was faulty. What do we pay bumper to bumper insurance for…. Mystique was very rude when she was challenged and no follow up call after I complained. Full of promises we we purchased the new vehicle but the service department is destroying your reputation. You have most certainly lost another client. I can see why you have taken the Facebook reviews down as it doesn’t appear this is the first complaint of a similar nature.

I rung to book my car in for repair only to be told that my car is too old to fix at their service centre which makes me extremely angry & will only fix vehicles from 2010. What the! Are you kidding you took my 40 grand cash now apparently not good enough to service my car, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! And I didn't want any stars but it won't let me post

I purchased a secondhand 2018 Jeep Compass Limited in December 2022, following excellent customer-centered service received by my partner, who also drives a Jeep. In July 2023, my car had to be returned to Jeep following 2 manufacturing issues covered under the new car warranty. There were no issues with claiming from the new car warranty. The only issue relating to the warranty process is that my car was placed in a 2-week que prior to being assessed, which delayed the return of my car. Reason being the service department was running at capacity. I would encourage Jeep to review their processes and procedures associated with prioritizing new car warranty claims, as these may require time to repair.

Unfortunately, I was left without a car for five and half weeks, necessitating me to privately hire a car. I require access to a reliable car daily for work, which I explained to Jeep on a number of occasions, further explaining the financial strain this situation was putting me under. I was advised that I did not qualify for a courtesy car as parts did not have to be shipped from Australia. I find it rather disappointing that my partner (who drives a Jeep) is offered a courtesy car when he takes his car for a service, whereas my situation does not qualify for the same kind of service. In my experience it is easier to organise being without a car / access to a car for one day over five and a half weeks.

When my car was returned to me it was in a disgraceful state with grease marks on windows and paintwork as well as marks that appear to be blood (photo attached).

I would like to mention that I attempted to remedy this matter with Jeep privately on a number of occasions, however my requests for (in my opinion) reasonable requests.

Had my waterpump replaced about a year ago. It started leaking again, after removing it, found out that the waterpump they installed is not even oem part. 1000$ with labour and thermostat… i was never adviced they will be installing ebay parts on my car. Thanks for nothing.

Fantastic service from Paul, would go as far to say one of the best dealership experiences I’ve encountered in 30 years of purchasing cars. Minor mechanical issue after sale was rectified without fuss. Would definitely purchase from again.

I bought my 2016 ranger from wanneroo Jeep & the car is A1, low kms many upgrades, it presented as brand new and drives beautifully in the time I have owned it, it was priced very well, before collection the windows were even tinted, the service from Adam and his entire team was very professional, honest and made upgrading my trade vehicle an easy process, the aftermarket mechanical coverage they offer is a good option for peace of mind. My car had a fuse which was replaced promptly, I think if buying a second hand car having the full mechanical coverage and roadside is a very good option that professional dealers offer. Thank you for the great vehicle. First class

Have used Wanneroo Jeep for servicing and parts on my Grand Cherokee for the past 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences. High quality service, workmanship and professionalism. Wanneroo fix my JEEP and have put it off the road as failed to fix problem.
Now are refusing to fix the vehicle. And its my work vehicle.
Leaving my family without a car.and totally lost, for transport.
Are we supposed to buy a new car and write off a gearbox overhaul and $12,000.00 worth of work to maintain vehicle.
To have Wanneroo Jeep then refuse to finish their miss diagnosis and repair the JEEP.
It is unbelievable that they try to do this.
What can be done to sue them for damages.as my car has been repaired by them over 4 months and they seem to have NO idea on what they are doing. WA JEEP lied to me, and my car is still off the road. THey could not car less. THey diagnosed incorretly and now I have no car and no social life as car has to be repaired even to trade it in!
DO NOT USE WAJEEP as they are amateurs and lie.

Just bought jeep unlimited wrangler over there and the Manager Nathan gives me the best service over all and finance person Mahic did very good job for me as well. The best price and best service in Perth I have to say coz I been through every jeep shop. Just fantastic experience. Thanks Nathan and Mahic.

I recently had a service done to my WK2 '14 Laredo and I must say this Service Centre was way way way more better to where I usually had my Jeep serviced. The Lady Service Advisor was very accommodating and full of energy. This is the first time I felt that there is good value with the money spent on servicing with dealers. I received the car looking and feeling brand new. Keep it up guys!

Easy and enjoyable experience dealing with these guys. I bought a traded-in 2nd hand Mazda CX5 and my most telling impression was being treated as if I was buying the latest shiny Jeep straight off the floor. The owner coming over to personally thank me for my purchase was a nice touch. They even drove out to my house for a demo and test drive. No complaints with the car either, I felt I got a good deal. Based on my experience, you'll be treated well by Wanneroo Jeep.
