Great customer service.great fish cooked in great batter with good chips, looked good tasted even better.lovely clean tidy premises.plenty of indoor seating.

I don't know who pissed in this lady's coffee this morning but she was so rude. From taking my order on the phone to coming in and picking it up. She needs a lesson in being polite and customer service real quick or they will lose business.

I did not say I had finished - I said the fish was in the bin I was eating the chips. You asked me to bring it back, I told you it was in the bottom of the bin and I wan't getting it out in the dark, I asked what time you opened the following day and I would get it out the bin in the daylight - then I couldn't understand what you said. You were rude and I told you to forget it. I came into the shop yesterday to show the photo but the girl didn't seem that bothered. I was willing to give you one more try. Not now - the customer service is appalling. We all make mistakes - it's how we deal with them shows the true customer service.

Thought I'd finally found a decent fish and chip shop, sadly this evening I have no idea what fish they gave me but it certainly wasn't cod. It was dried out and flat as a pancake with very little fish surround by heaps of batter. When I called he was still passing it off as cod. OH well - back to east road till I find another.

This has to be the best fish and chips around. Beautifully cooked golden crisp seafood and chips without all the grease. Always consistent and fresh. Very clean and hygienic with friendly service.

The best fish & chips in the area, always tastes amazing and the prices are great for what you get, i highly recommend them

I went in and ordered. Paid cash and 3x I said 'EXTRA CRISPY'. I said I don't mind waiting a bit longer for it to be crispy.

Still. Sad.soggy.chips.

Other than that. Portion size was good but not worth the price. 80c for a single squid ring? $1 per S+P squid piece? A good restaurant will charge about the same. I guess you don't get it wrapped up in paper though.

This place is definitely worth the drive (we're in butler) best fish and chips this side of the river.

These guys weigh everything before they cook.it.chips weighed etc. Well cooked and fresh oil makes the food good. They could be a bit more generous with serves which would endear customers. While the standard stays the same we will continue to get our fish n chips from them. Not much choice around wanneroo these days. Good on you guys for a reasonable standard. Been a while since visiting the store and they were really busy. I noticed fish size was bigger than the early days and more chips. Generosity is what draws me back to takeaway shops and a high standard of product. Keep it up. You have my vote as u do this for your customers.

Amazing food! Best fish and chips I've ever had. Not oily at all, cooked perfectly. The kind of feel good food that leaves you feeling happy for hours after you've eaten it. Can't rate them high enough.

Really nice and fresh fish and chips the seafood basket was awesome and really well priced, everything was fresh it was very enjoyable.

Best fish and chips I've had in years. The service was super friendly and helpful and the serving size of Spanish Mackerel was huge. They obviously use very clean oil as the food was not heavy or oily at all, and so tasty. Good prices also. We will be back for sure.

Thought we would give them a go when they opened as they are our closest fish'n'chips. Asked for extra crispy chips, and they were soft. The fish wasn't the greatest. We will continue to drive to Pearsall for our fish'n'chips

Little for what you pay for. Would not recommended. Received small fish and little chips and had to purchase more chips.

Absolutely amazing service & Great Quality fish and very reasonably priced! Always fresh and crunchy never overly greasy. Always a huge smile and more then generous with their Servings. You get quite a lot for what you order and the product is good. So definitely a place I'd go for my fish n chips. Standard, pricing as other fish n chips places.
