I’ve been to Dr Mi countless times and he’s tremendously helped me with my carpel tunnel and sciatica pain. He charges the cheapest amongst all acupuncturists i’ve been to, charging only $50 a session but the results are beyond remarkable. The medicine he recommends truly helps as I feel a lot better now. I recommend anyone with any sort of pain should see him.

No value for money. He uses a needle to prick your skin, doesn't leave the needle in as some other acupuncturist. No actual relief. Tried to on sell his Chinese herbs, no justification for cost. Everybody gets charged $50 dollars for acupuncture, and $50 for plaster and cream. Rip Off! Still in pain after one week. Strongly do not recommend this guy.

I would give negative stars if I could. I went here to get treated for my dermatitis which were behind both my ears and on both my eyelids. The doctor prescribed me 48 pills per day along with sachets of some "herbal tea" which was nothing but sugar water and also what it appeared to be street dirt. He also gave me the wrong ointments for my condition. The doctor could not even properly diagnose too, he once stated that he could see some other spots on my face which were going to develop dermatitis which never did. To top it all, he has also preformed the most useless procedures of all time which included pricking my face with a needle to "let out all the humidity out of my body" and also tape pins into my ears for weeks which he advised me to push them deep into my skin every time my eyelids itched. All of that made it worse and it made it spread more. I had to go to school with people disgusted at my worsened skin condition which made my eyelids itch uncontrollably along with a deep stinging pain and also flake to a high extent where sometimes it would bleed. Every appointment I have with him, he always guarantees that the next week of eating the "medicines" I would have my dermatitis cured. To this day, my dermatitis still has not been cured yet, however western medicine is the only way to approach it coming from first-hand experience or either TSW which one of my friends are undergoing. Highly recommend you to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Very irresponsible unprofessional service, called to ask why something happened to my kid after applying their medicines, no explanation given and answered queries impatiently. Charged high price $150 some more for 10 mins massage n some cheap medicines! Definitely not recommended!

Below average. The self ordering POS's don't seem to work the majority time we visit there. Toilets are always filthy and the Basin Taps only run hot water which burns my 3yr Olds hands. And customer service yesterday was extremely poor. Got ignored by several staff including the manager and later before leaving went to place a takeaway order after waiting 15 minutes I choose to order through self service which was quicker but still customer service was pathetic.

Ordered via the app, drove down.waited 7 minutes to get to the microphone to pass on code. Then waited 10 more minutes to get my food. Then was told the icecream machine wasn't working so was made to wait a further 2-3 minutes to get a refund. Drove the 3 minutes home and my food was completely cold and even though I requested no pickles I still got a pickle.
If they are struggling with a backlog orders should be held until people are closer to the front of the drive thru.
Registered a complaint and never heard back. Poor customer service at Morley.

Wanted to support a local Chinese business but ended up being scammed and taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about Chinese medicine and the language barrier.

Overcharged and lied to me - would not recommend

Great knowledge and expertise in all aspects of health and wellbeing and at reasonable prices, and very satisfied with results. Thankyou for your dedication and commitment to the health of others.

Won’t recommend to anyone and won’t go there anymore. I can’t get pregnant and asked for cure. He just throw two packet of medicine without checking or asking anything. He showed me the pictures of those successfully pregnant and that’s it! And charge me very expensive! After taken those medications, nothing change!

Anyone who cures my arthritis when Western doctors could do nothing deserves 5 stars. I’ve now been with him for 20 years.

Dr Zhou has been fantastic! I’ve seen him for many years now. I have endometriosis, IBS, hyperthyroidism and other health conditions, and he’s helped change my life completely. I had horrible, constant symptoms where I was always in pain and could barely eat or move off the couch. Thanks to his help I can now eat better and try new foods, walk long distances, lift heavy items, go out without being scared of being unwell, I finally have a life I really enjoy. I had to drop out of school for my illnesses, and now I can work two jobs and manage my health so much better. None of this would’ve been possible without him, without any exaggeration at all.

His acupuncture is done very quickly, which is great because you don’t need to sit with needles poking out and it’s much less intimidating. He’s always willing to explain what he’s doing and what he’s giving you if you ask. He’s good with working around if you don’t like the taste of certain things as well which is really good. Would definitely recommend and have recommended to many people!

I have had a pinched nerve in my shoulder for over a week countless trips to doctors many prescriptions for pain killers nothing worked I was in agony. Five mins with Dr mi Zhou and half the pain was gone and I could lift my arm. He was amazing!

Weather turned cold a in the last few weeks and I was down with flu as I didn’t keep myself warm enough. Decided to get my flu capsules from the herbalist here, the prescription heals my flu and reduce much of my morning sinus after 5 days medication. Am amazed. Thanks.
