Waldecks Melville reviews
9 My first time visiting it and I liked it. All plants to me are very expensive however the plants looked nourished and healthy.
Enjoyed looking at the nick nacs.
Absolutely amazing staff that are willing to help you with anything and are extremely knowledgeable and have you and your plant's best interest in mind. The prices are very reasonable and they have an amazing range of plants including exotic ones such as pitcher plants (nepenthes), trumpet pitcher plants (saccrena), sundews and venus fly traps. Absolutely amazing. Five stars
Lovely store, is more pricier than Bunnings and other little garden centres but have a gorgeous array of nice backs and outdoor decor not a huge range of pots but lovely indoor section.
Stood at the counter for a long time trying to buy some products. Staff ignored me and chatted. Ended up leaving and going to Bunnings instead.
I was very happy with the variety of plants, I saw a lot of rare plants that I have not seen at Bunnings before! However I was disappointed to find that when I got home my plant had gnats: (
They have all you need. Good selection and very helpful staff. Will sure come back to buy my garden's needs. Thank you!
I recently bought numerous plants from Waldecks Melville and Bunnings just nearby. Some plants from both outlets failed and I returned them; first to Waldecks - no, they don't refund any more. Then to Bunnings - no problem, just the dead plants and receipts for an instant refund. No need to guess who I'll be dealing with in the future - certainly not Waldecks Melville.
Sold me a dud tree, it died within a day. The customer service when I took it back was hostile. OK, so plants die sometimes, and OK, you don't take returns, I can accept that, but there is no need to be nasty and condescending. That is how you loose customers.
