26This is family operated business. The dad is the main chef and we have enjoyed their “excellent” Chinese cuisine for over 20 years! The owner chef takes pride in his cooking! Thank you Wah Do!
Actually loved this restaurant once upon a time, but the last 3 times I've ordered from here all my dishes taste the same, Sizzling garlic prawns - zero garlic, and in a generic sauce, no sizzle or spice. Combination chow mein, same sauce, beef and oyster sauce, again the same sauce as the previous 2 dishes.lacks flavour, lacks originality in dishes, I may as well have ordered 3 x combination chow meins and saved myself $20. Last time this place gets my money
Food quite tasty.however, the establishment was not clean, in need of a good scrub with sugar soap and then a coat of paint! The toilets were not clean.in the age of COVID 19, this is VERY IMPORTANT! Too crowded with both furniture (excess chairs stacked high too close to the doorway into the kitchen - which also led to the aforementioned toilets - with table cloths thrown on them) AND people. Very difficult to move around.
No room to "social distance" here.
Bloody delicious, the best chinese meal I have had in a very long time.would recommend to anyone who misses the old 1980s style chinese restaurant experience.
Been eating there for over 25 years. Have tried many others, still think Wah Do is the best. Definitely has the best spring rolls in Aussie.
Being new in the area, tried to support the local Chinese restaurant, so asked them for Chicken Szechuan, so they made me Capsicum Szechuan featuring some Chicken. Never Going Back.
