Very grateful for the team here at WA Psychiatry and ADHD Clinic! Amazing service and support.

I had been waiting for 4 months to see a psychiatrist at this clinic, only to receive a phone call just before my appointment informing me that it had been canceled due to the psychiatrist's departure.

What disappointed me the most was no offer was made to rebook me with someone else. When I asked I was told I had to submit a new referral on the website and I’d be placed at the back of the queue with a 6 month wait.

Please improve your communication and show more compassion for patients, especially when you are the cause of the situation.

Disappointed with their service. My GP sends them an email a month ago, and then when I call them they say they reject all emails. Aren’t they supposed to give us a heads up rather than let us wait? !

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Walker. I was nervous but he made me feel at ease straight away. He is a fantastic, knowledgeable doctor and one of the nicest medical professionals I've ever dealt with!
Great staff on the front desk too.

If you are seeking a psychiatrist who genuinely wants the best for you and is dedicated to your well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Deanna Grose. She has made a significant positive impact on my life, and I am confident she will do the same for anyone fortunate enough to be under her care.

Reject your referral by email without explanation or proper contact. Say they have availability all over the internet although that's untrue. Can put in any actual information. Don't answer the phone.

Dr Lewis has been the best teacher and doctor that I’ve ever had the pleasure to running into. Really thorough and has involved me in every decision (a rarity in the medical field). He really makes every effort to help while being flexible and extremely approachable. If you are in the same boat as me, do yourself a favour and make a booking- life changing. Thanks mate!

This was a very comforting and safe experience. Dr. Walker is incredibly professional, down to earth and explained everything very well and clearly.

I attended an appointment with Dr Walker yesterday after the practice was recommended to me via a local ADHD group. Receptionist Chloe was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, providing me all of the relevant information prior to seeing Dr Walker. Dr Walker has a warm, empathetic, down to earth demeanor and was very thorough. I felt entirely comfortable in his presence within minutes of sitting in his office, never felt rushed or like just another number. I was also provided a comprehensive booklet outlining important information I needed which was incredibly helpful and has already helped my husband understand what is going on. I'm really looking forward to continuing to use your services, thanks team!
