WA Italian Club reviews
17 Excellent food and very friendly staff
Beautiful atmosphere and a very good hang out place
Fantastic place to come with the family. Great place for casual dinner and drinks. They also have great specials throughout the week.
We run our Legends events here. The management and staff are so professional and courteous to work with.
Beautiful food and venue!
Being of Italian heritage, I have been going for years to the Italian Club with my Italian friends for different events, especially on their specials day on Wednesday and Thursday.
Since November, when I created my Facebook group for ladies to connect and make friends, I have already held to events bat the Italian Club, and the ladies loved it. I will continue to do so events a couple of weeks or months as it is a hit. Keep up the good quality and lovely genuine Italian feel. I was just disappointed that the amazing mixed salad with a grilled calamari that was on the menu when I came last year was removed. I was told I could order it even if not the menu, but it was not the same it was just rucola and a couple of calamari on little plate. That was a different dish that you I had not seen else where here and remind me on Calabria when I was born and brought up and I miss home. Here Italian restaurants do not offer proper Italian favours so was happy to find something that did. If you wish to get also Insalata di Mare on you menu that would be amazing too as well and bring back the Calamari Salad.
WA Italian Club - how lovely to be welcomed like you’re part of the family the moment you walk in, best pizza ever, greeted by friendly staff with smiles for miles, kids welcome, catering for all from tapas to set menu, weddings, private functions and interment dinner for two at 1942 restaurant
This place has it all happening a must visit
Great place for venues, meals, drinks.
Went there on a work do. Food was great, service was good. Nice relaxed ambiance. Had a great time.
Lots of different areas to hang out in. Could have stayed all night. Good local place in North Perth to eat, drink and generally hang out. Would definately visit again.
Really average (and expensive given the quality) food with almost non existent service. (The waiter asked us for our order but hadn’t even given us menus). The components of the dishes were Ill considered - grilled gnocchi (some were almost burnt) sitting on refrigerated cold pumpkin purée with prawns still With their tails - (difficult To eat and the gnocchi quickly went cold and hard with its cold cold partner) and an unseasoned un rendered rib eye sitting on chilled eggplant.not pleasant. If the waiters were present we could have called them for help. Highlight was the Italian red wine of the month. A most disappointing experience and not a true representation of great Italian food.
Not as good as usual and they missed a few items ordered. Prixes also have crept up from what they used to be. Still a good place.
Great relaxed atmosphere and very reasonably priced drinks. Its our local on a Friday to end the working week
8th April 2021.
Service very good. Food crumbed pork disgusting. 80% batter and 20% meat if that and a few scattered beans and oil. Obviously no longer home cooked on site. I've been eating at the WAIC for over 30 years. I certainly won't be back again. Of the last three lunches over six months two have been unacceptable. The previous veal rib was tough and sinewy. Food rating * service rating****.
Magnificent Pizza. We visited tonight and ordered a Margherita, Capricciosa, N' duja and a Calabrese- they were superb.
Thanks and Kudos to the friendly staff and team Tim, Lucia Riccardo and master pizza architects.
People - I recommend you place this on your bucket list as I reschedule a few things to make this one of my regular Thursday eating spots.
Good for dancing and playing pools. The pizza isn't as good as I was expecting from an Italian place. Either I am not Italian or they don't know how to make yummy pizza or both.
Good vibe yesterday with a billiard tournament going on in the background as well. Friendly staff
I have been one of their customer since years and I m very satisfied with their service and the level of customer service they provide for their customers.
From the first meeting with Marzia to the end of our celebration at the venue we were given the best customer service we had received ever.
Throughout weeks of dealing with professional office staff thought emails and phones calls.not once ever did we feel pressured.and all of our requests were dealt with a minimum of fuss.
On the night of the occasion which was the 24th of October 2020.the staff at 1934 were so helpful and friendly and made my guess feeling so very special that they have mentioned to me that they will be booking WA Italia Club for their next function. CONGRATULATIONS to each and everyone for the wonderful service and friendly staff. I can not thank you all enough for making my birthday a night to remember.
Authentic, Napoletana pizza! Simple, fresh ingredients on a delicious, thin and airy base complimented by a top selection of beers and wines
Recent refurbishments have really lifted tyhe experience. But unfortunately this experience has been offset by a huge jump in beer prices. Dissapointing when the prices are now comparable to the pubs.
