A department full of power hungry bureaucrats hellbent on controlling the population with ridiculous health mandates.

I've been sick since the 80's I fell on my back off a ladder Retired as an auditor in the ATO IN 1992 Been on disability since 1995
Now in my 70's the doctors want me to get a letter from the pain specialist but nobody wants to see me. They'll only see me if i have health cover. The only pain specialist I did see said it's only my muscle but refused to have a look at my scans
I've been bed ridden for the last 15 years I think the health system has failed me. Doctors are afraid to prescribe medications I've been taking last 25 years Pain Specialist are afraid of I don't know what
THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED

Pfizer has now admitted that the vaccine was NEVER TESTED for transmission. ALL of the public relations designed to guilt us into believing the vaccine would protect our families and friends were LIES. This is a treason enacted upon an innocent population.

Just can’t explain how incompetent this department is. Rang to get some ‘accurate’ information on mask exemptions and the rules around them in WA. Although the health department makes the rules, not one person could advise how it works in WA. Do you have to show your personal papers to a check out chick @ Coles or Woolies? My understanding is that is not allowed under the Privacy Act of 1988. So the Dept.that makes the rules, can’t give you any accurate advice. Seriously, WA’s Public Service is just so inept.

Just some feedback on trying to sign my elderly mother up for myGov and linking Medicare. It asked for some expected details including BSB and account number. Then it asked for the full name of her last doctor and last appointment date. Talk about unnecessary and painful. We're still on hold to the medical clinic to get the information. There is only one person using the bank details she entered. And she can't go anywhere anymore without being asked for COVID vaccination history. Really disappointing and frustrating process. I don't know what we're meant to do when the myGov app inevitably doesn't work on her potato phone. Are all the technophobic meant to stay at home until this is over?

Your website says no booking required for vaccine, but the venue doesn't allow us in without booking. So we had to drive 20k to another venue. Could you get you info consistent please?

What a disgrace of a government department, they don't answer calls, the list goes on, they too obviously allow people to spray cars in residential areas putting out toxic fumes to poison the people, no response from this department or Wanneroo council, Iam appalled this is allowed and no one does anything about it, absolutely disgraceful

Just went to the Myaree Drive Thru Covid testing location. They aren't testing anyone without a Pathology form? The HealtyWA website doesn't mention this at all so we wasted an hour waiting to be told we can't be tested and also wasted the time of the hard working testing staff as well as everyone behind us in the line. Does our government actually want to know if Covid is in the community? It certainly appears not to be the case. Now we have to wait hours at Fiona Stanley, amongst a bunch of other sick people, increasing our risk of spreading whatever respiratory 'bug' we already have and exposing our currently hard working immune systems to other possible contaminants. Where's the logic?

I have had both my covid immunisations and the w.a. Health department continues to send me emails telling me to get one.the person on the health department w.a. Switchboard tells me to reply to the emails directly. I tell her the emails are "no reply". No wonder the rollout is a complete cockup.

A lady from Health Department put me through to Aged Care that had nothing to do with what I was needing. I tried again, she put me through to yet again another section. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she couldn't help me. Seriously, you need to train staff with knowledge to be equipped to help people who call in your centre. Your receptionists have no idea and they're also very rude.

This Dept's absolutely ridiculous and insane recommendations that everyone wear a mask inside and out, including school kids in classrooms, and people playing indoor sports like basketball, despite clear evidence from the US states of Texas and Florida that lifting of ALL Covid restrictions has caused Covid cases to FALL, earns them zero stars, but I've had to give them one to post this review.

The place to obtain face mask exemptions if having difficulty breathing.
Non judgemental staff who will not call you a liar and insane, all in one breath.

The Safe W. A. App for android is not compatible with Android 4.
Not everyone has the cash to splash on a new phone every three or four years, and it cannot be hard to make an app as simple as this one, backward compatible with Android 4 surely?

I returned from far north Queensland on the 12th and after being rejected by my home state multiple times myself and my family were finally  allowed back home. Once we got off the plane we were forced closely together, given little direction or information of what was about to happen. There were multiple safety issues as we were forced down an escalatorclose togeather that was blocked at the bottom by more employees that nearly resulted in a horrible accident of pile ups that involved my children, other young children and the elderly.   We are all then subjected to a 2 to 6 hour process of bad direction, not enough space, people treated like cattle. People and children losing their bladder on the floor in front of everyone because they were not allowed to go to the bathroom. There have been some serious human rights issues, people treated like animals and staff who seem to have little empathy and common sense. I am appalled. I was told I could safely leave and return to my state and though you didn't make the decision to block the borders again you were instrumental in the mistreatment and harassment of innocent people in which you share that responsibility with Perth Airport, WA Police, Health Department, WA Health and Mark McGowan.
Once we were to be tested there was no option for an unintuitive test for children, it is know they are available yet WA health chooses not use the more appropriate test for children and instead subjects them to foreign uneccessary testing not appropriate for young children.   Understandably my children were distressed when an inexperience worker tried to shove foreign objects unskillfully up the noses of my infant children. Very little or no effort is put into caring for any human beings and staff lack empathy and understanding.
I don't know if I could ever return to Perth airport again or trust these department to do their jobs, especially with my young children as I have a responsibility to protect them and could never knowingly subject them to being treated like badly treated cattle ever again.   This experience has brought me to a new understanding that these departments are not to be trusted, they don't have your best interest at heart and will harm you and your children for their own benefits.
Im appalled, shocked, horrified that you all would use the excuse of "the greater good" to justify harming, disrespecting, violating and abusing human beings and especially children and the elderly in this way.
Please explain yourself, apologise and make the necessary changes to implement  change that is obviously so urgently required!

Apart from the Front Desk Reception the staff in HACC and Regional Assessment Services are Rude and Passive aggressive towards anyone they do not wish to help or do not know the answer. It appears when someone asks a reasonable question example the name of the person that is calling me back after waiting 2 days already and is that person on leave is now considered unreasonable and can be blocked by hanging up the phone I feel I am being abused by the staff that are failing at their jobs
