I have truck mounted machine Everest 650 and unfortunately the machine was shut down when the vacuum start operates. I was maintenance with mechanic engineering guy and unfortunately, he let me down. I took the machine to him have a look and fix. After one week he said that could not find the problem, He said that he is running the machine on the software and he could not find any fault, so unfortunately the machine problem could be anything, he changed the petrol filters, oxygen sensor and did not fix. So, he said that the problem could be the ECU. I said to him order the ECU from USA soon as possible, so I get the machine to work. After 2 months waiting and contacting him to get answers or parts I got upset, so I spoke with Devan about the problem.
Devan book to check the machine next day and after 1 hours he did call me and said to come over, so he said that the machine had 2 faults shown on the computer. First, was crank sensor and the ECU, but he recommends replacing the sensor before going to ECU. On the same day I went to Repco and bought the sensor for $111.00, and the machine was fixed. I just would like to say big THANKS TO HIM
Devan was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help me out. 100% recommend. Honest straight up advice and help, far and few between these days. He did fixed my machine in 2.5 hours, what I was waiting 2 months to be repair in someone else.

I left my rotowash machine 2 month ago for Normal service and i rang
many time for is that machine is ready or not they keep saying not we will call you tomorrow but they never call i rang again they said same same thing again we will call you tomorrow which are non professional and non responsible and i called again and told them if you are unable to service please I'm coming to pick up my machine and after 2 month they saying oh your machine is not good condition we can't service etc it was great condition there wasn't any problem with machine it might be they took some part of my machine even that days (2 weeks ago) they told me we will call you tomorrow but still i haven't received yet call from WA Cleaning Equipment. Please don't lies you guys never call me back but i called mort than 10 times even one i went to direct your store to pick up my Machine and Devan said that we already open we will fix asap and call you and now after 2 month you guys saying that machine is to old now im confirm you change may machine or sold because my machine wasn't that old, definitely I'm going to sue your company.

Bought a new polyvac for carpet cleaning Devan had one for me in a couple of days also my airmover I got from him is excellent also great service too.

Devan and the team at WACER are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond whenever and wherever possible.
I love going into the shop, even meeting other carpet cleaners are friendly, as that is what is promoted, a family vibe.

Bought my machines here. Came here, at the bentley shop at 16: 42, and DEVEN says we are closed, and to come tomorrow! The shop closes at 17: 00 not at 16: 42.

Very good experience with this repair shop.
I sent my steam carpet machine to other repair shop. They kept for More then 15 days without informing and doing nothing.
I was expecting 1 week to return back. So I got it back from there and bring here in Bentley.
Without explanation the guy name krishna fixed within 1 hr just standing me there and very reasonable price. I am so happy with service.

Terrible service and had to wait for a month to even get a quote. But because they the only service center for my vacuum I was forced to accept it.
