WA Auctioneers & Valuers reviews
20Sold 2 vehicles through an online auction with WA Auctioneers & I could not have asked for more. So helpful & did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for me. Highly recommend!
Purchased a 4wd from WA Auctioneers, friendly polite, great customer service and threw in 1 year warranty as well which was a bonus.
100% Fraud Business
Don't trust them as they might sell cars which are accidental or mechanically unsound. Thank God I inspected vehicle before buying
I purchased my VW Golf R from Elaine at WA Auctioneers, great service and help with sorting out my Warranty etc. Highly recommend these guys, family owned business which I was happy to support and getting an awesome car. Thank you, Toby
Recently sold our bike through WA Auctioneers and can highly recommend. Got what we were hoping for they were very easy to deal with and professional have always had good experiences with them have also bought in the past and have only ever had good experiences
Fraud Business! My husband bought a car and it was faulty and they never attended his call later. Beware guys they are fraud
Great to deal with.would definately recommend this family business. Excellent customer service (Elaine and Mark).
Zero star for this Fraud Business! Wouldn't recommend buying your car from these guys. Cars would like beautiful but mechanical unsound. They just buy accidental cars, make them up and sell to innocent people. The lady owner seems very friendly but she is fraud.
Very helpful. Did not buy my car by auction but at a fixed price. Very considerate and found the lady to be very helpful. I also purchased a warranty with the car and will give her my business again.
I wish i could give this fraud business 0 star. This lady (Elaine) is total fraud. Initially, she sold me Car which had all sorts of problem with Warranty. Later, I found out the warranty cover never existed and the provider of warranty said that they never received the payment (i paid her $250).
Beware guys! This is total fraud business
They are going to rip you off!
Only 1 star as can't do zero.
In my opinion these guys are a complete waste of time and are a total scam, mislead from first conversation. I thought I had won (bid) like all other professional auction sites only to find a hidden reserve. So not an auction at all.
If an item they are selling has a reserve they should clearly state that next to the bidding so people are aware that there is a reserve. Basically trying to drive up price with no requirement to sell. Terms and conditions are not all in one place which in my opinion is intentional to mislead.
Have spoke to others in industry and they are of same opinion.
Being the highest bidder for 3 days before closing date and announced as the winner of the item means nothing to WA Auctioneers. They would basically call you and ask you to pay the price they think is reasonable. Gobsmacking! What's the point of watching the item for 7 days and compete with others to win.
Would give them another go and try bidding again but fingers crossed.
These negative reviews are scaring me from even going to the business myself to see if they are true.
These guy's are crooks. I recently purchased 2 x scooters. I knew there were associated fees at auctions, but the fees were more than double what i purchased in the 1st place! So damn greedy.
Not only that, i showed interest in 2 more scooters that the sales fell through, because the buyer backed out (i wonder why) and they offered them to me for asking price $75- each!
After adding premium and admin fees, the final cost again was more than double of the cost of the 2 scooters!
Then the rude Scottish woman wants to argue with me!
Don't waste your time, i know i will never buy from them again, they can't get a good price for 'me the seller' as they have a small online audience, but they sure know how to charge a premium, when they do nothing for it!
Be aware that they will add a BS 'admin fee' to your hammer price, ON TOP of the Buyers Premium. Together, the Buyers Premium and this mystery 'admin fee' (nowhere on their site that tells you how much it will be) added almost 50% to my hammer price.
Staff are friendly. BUT.the 'hidden' reserve is a complete waste of bidders time.online auctions have the appearance of 'no reserve' but in reality there is a reserve.as others have posted just because you are the high bidder at the end of the auction means nothing. I don't have a problem with reserve auctions but I really get angered when auctions have an appearance of being no reserve.disappointing.
Friendly stuff. Online Auctions go well but they are open pretty limited hours for inspections and collections
These guys are a complete waste of time and are a total scam, I have won multiple things and have never ended up purchasing anything because there is always a hidden reserve.
If an item they are selling as a reserve they should clearly state that next to the building so people are aware that there is a reserve and that the item may not sell to avoid confusion and upsetting future customers, I don’t know why they never let you know if there’s a reserve or not.
All I know is I’m not going to be bidding on anything else from this auctioneer and I recommend if you are looking at selling an item you should probably try sell it someone else as these guys will probably charge you a fee for not selling your item.
Won a lot at online auction just to be told the next day! That my offer didn't meet the reserve price which was obviously not posted nor mentioned in any of the auction informations.
Been rudely told that I should've read the terms and conditions (which are generic for all their auctions) and still no reserve price informations to be found.
I will never do business with this people again and will suggest all my friends steer clear too.
"Won at online auction just to be told the next day! That my offer didn't meet the reserve price which was obviously not posted nor mentioned in any of the auction informations" It happened to me too, also strongly recommend everyone to inspect the car before making an offer or purchase, some of these cars got engine light on, needed new timing chain, belt, needed lots of work to do with it, etc. Seems cheap on the website, but they wouldn't let you to buy at that price. Good luck
