There is no such thing as (it’s too hard or we can’t do that)
They will find a solution to your problem or beat the living daylights out of it until they find the answer
Ian and his crew were there for me when I had issues with my 200 series with remotely controlled airbags and with the click of his fingers and some good men in his entourage the problem was solved
Carsten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he had at his disposal and again nothing was too hard or unsolvable
If you want good honest customer service (that we seldom find nowadays) with talented knowledgeable people then you need to contact these guys at WA AIR SPRINGS
I will be using you guys again for all my vehicles and my future projects

Just want to say big thankyou for the airbag kit you guys supplied and super awsome service once i got there from the young guy at the front (i forgot his name now sorry) but no question was un answered or too much trouble and went that extra mile to make sure i was happy with what to do with install.

Ian went well out of his way to ensure I got a airbag install kit for my Isuzu Mux before I headed up north towing a van. He even run me through the fitting instructions and gave me a some good advice on what not to do when I fit them. This store is really customer focused and I can't thank them enough, I definitely recommend them.

Nothing but a fantastic experience with the head branch in Queensland I damaged a airbag my fault for not extending the bump stops rung them up for another bag and within 24hrs I was fitting the air bag. Not bad when you live on the other side of Australia excellent record keeping and your service is what other companys should have a look if they cared about their customers

Had the most amazing experience dealing with michael from WA Air Springs, he gave me lots of info and installation tips. After incorrectly routing an airtube and asking if I could purchase another one he supplied one for free, aswell as some spacers to help the airbag. Amazing customer service and incredibly knowledgeable - will recommend to everyone and will myself only use them.
