Who is the licensee? Doesn't say anywhere.maybe it does but not easy to find. This is something that MUST be CLEARLY stated for those providing financial advice.

Matt and Mara were extremely patient with us as they helped tweak our existing home loan.it takes the stress out of having to deal with banks in the traditional method.

Alex has guided me with my home purchase from the day I decided to look at purchasing, to the day I settled. He always had time to answer my queries and explain the way the process worked, the financial concepts, and even the finely nuanced pitfalls and solutions to my various thoughts and concerns. As we moved through the process towards purchase, he seamlessly transitioned to doing his part as a mortgage broker to ensure I had the best possible mortgage for my home.

More recently, as other parts of my purchase went wrong, forcing shorter than expected timelines on Alex, Alex went far above and beyond what could possibly have been expected of him, moving mountains with the bank, and even helping with parts of the purchase he should not have had to deal with, ensuring that my purchase went through.

I am certain that without Alex's help, I would not have gotten a rate as low as I did, probably would have ended up paying penalties on settlement, would have made poor financial decisions with the purchase, and possibly wouldn't have been able to settle at all.

I give my sincere thanks for all of the hard work that he has done for me, and an adamant recommendation to anyone else who can make use of his financial or mortgage services.
