Voodoo Coffee

Illogical and appalling service, I ordered a iced latte then some other customers ordered same as mine, the barista gave the iced latte randomly to others who were behind me in the line without any checking. That’s unbelievable for people queueing and serving accordingly. Does not make any sense.

Nice coffee shop. Not overly big but the coffee is good. Good selections of cakes and snacks to accompany your brew. Cheers team.

Love this little coffee shop, great food and great coffee, our favourite is the Chi Latte, powder or syrup.

The coffee was excellent (really very good indeed) but the service was appallingly slow given how few customers there were. Staff were very assertive about seeing a vaccine passport. Perhaps this rigid attention to detail explains both the good coffee and the slow service.

OK. Second visit a few days later. The coffee is still great. Service speed much improved with a similar number of customers. Still surprisingly assertive about vaccine passports - I say surprisingly because most other cafes are more chilled about it.

Best long mac topped up I've ever had. Vibe was lovely and staff were friendly. Thank you for a good experience!

Large size is actually a reg size cup, but on closer inspection might be even a touch smaller than that. Still get charged large prices though. $4.50. Not sure I got a third shot as is customary. Bit of a rip off but had no choice as others are closed of Xmas/nyear break

Coffee was good but we had pretty bad service experience. We ordered an almond croissant but received a normal croissant. I brought it back to the counter. The lady said the reason we received a normal one was because they had run out of almond croissant. So i got a refund. Couldn't understand her logic but it was all fine as everyone make mistakes until a minite later I saw the customer behind us received an almond one.
Reason of still giving 3 stars is that the coffee and other food we received were pretty good

Appalling service. 22/1/22. Saturday morning 11.30am strawberry blonde older woman spent more time texting than serving our pastry. After 21mins waiting We had to go back to the counter and ask for the pastry we could see left sitting out on the bench, another server begrudgingly said yeah I’ll bring it over
Dropped it on the table without any apology
Will not return

Really nice strong coffee, please tell the guy who was working Thursday late at night he did a fantastic mocha and loved his service with a smile he's a little gem!

Great vibes, awesome service and incredible coffee. This place is one of my favourite cafes of all time.

They have some delicious cakes and slices to compliment your delicious coffee. All plant milk substitutes available.

Excellent coffee, excellent food. Staff a little withdrawn but an experience is what you make it. We danced around to their killer music while we waited.

Popular Cafe near Palace Cinemas. Shared a pot of leaf green tea with my daughter. Would go there again.

Nice little Cafe. Always get great coffee here before and after karaoke on Sunday. Friendly service too from Emma.

Went for the first time on a Saturday morning. I've seen a lot of negative reviews re: customer service but they were from a while ago, we had no troubles at all. My partner wanted a croissant but none available, the lady was very helpful in suggesting alternatives for us and we both enjoyed our bagels.

Coffees were very tasty, it was a little odd that the 'large' size is clearly a medium cup- not sure if that was a mistake or on purpose, but still enjoyed it and would return & recommend.

Love the delicious flavour of hot chocolate and brownies - not too sugary, just delicious.
Was not super impressed with service but it was ok. All in all, Voodoo is a good place to have a coffee with a friend.

Great soy flat white, I love this little tiny shop. Awesome that it also open at the weekends for my mandatory coffee fix. Staff is very friendly!

I love this place! Amazing coffee great customer service they're so polite and helpful and always up for a chat and the music is awesome.

Friendly staff, coffee is good but not strong (you can always ask for a double shot). On a few toastie items not available but when available they taste great!
