Terrible customer service. Had an appointment booked. Arranged a babysitter for my daughter. Arrived outside salon waiting for my appointment to receive a call to be told person is sick today, they cannot rearrange any other appointments and it will have to be later on during the week. I explained my situation and that I had already organised and paid for a babysitter for this appointment and I cannot attend later in the week. Did not offer any other solutions. Very terrible customer service. Won't be back.

Experience was the worst from the service to what I got don't waste your money or destroy your beautiful hair

Worst experience ever! I asked for them to easily just dye my hair darker than it was before. When she was done, my hairline did not have the same colour as the rest of my hair. When I pointed that out, she told me that was normal and that I didn't say that when I booked the appointment (doesn't everyone want their hair to be in 1 color?). I told them I wanted them to fix it. The only solving they offered me was to dye my hair in my natural color, which I didn't want to, of course. The girl that did my hair in the beginning didn't talk to me afterwards and you could clearly see that she was laughing at me with her coworkers, which is a absolute No-Go! Also, I wanted my split ends to be cut to where it was damaged. She first did just cut 1cm of my hair. My hair being wet, of course you cannot see it. When I pointed that out, she cut way to much of my hair and ruined my Curtain-Bangs. My hair looks way worse than it did before that and I cannot style them in any way now! Besides that, I got haircolor all over my forehead and on my new white shirt!

Was a good blow dry. However, I was there for 1.5 hours. It seemed that I got the apprentice and it took a lot longer than anticipated. I wish I was told on the phone when I made the appointment it was going to take longer. Also paid full price for a blow dry done by a 1st year

Was charged $100 for a wash, trim and for her to curl my hair. Asked for my hair to be thinned out and tapered down into a V at the back, the girl that did my hair didn’t show me the back at the end but looked great from what I could see when I left. The next day when the curls had fallen out I looked at the back and it is a straight cut and there is a visible band from where she went crazy thinning it out, you can see where it’s nice and thick and just stops and looks so thin I’m so unimpressed and upset about how it looks it’s awful I will not be going back

OMG I have had a few bad experiences with hairdressers that I rarely went any more.my hair looked bad and I always kept it up. It's is long and heavy. My friend for BDay

I went to volona and associates for the first time today and I was really happy with the service I had a colour and a cut which was done by Irene and she did a wonderful job.also the girl who put my colour on was Terrific I will be back.

Warm friendly service everytime I attend. Always get exactly what I ask for. No style is too much for them.

First time to this salon, and I had a really lovely experience with Gemma working on my hair. My hair is long dark curly thick chemically treated (mostly grown out). I was honest about the state of my hair & she helped me to work on what I really wanted for my new hair style and what could be reasonably achieved. Half head foils with money piece, treatment, trim, blow wave & iron for what I believe is a reasonable price $265. Can’t wait to go back for my next touch up!)

Just horrible experience. Three hours and 140 dollars later and here was the outcome: Hair colour still staining the back of my neck, ears and scalp. Cut my hair too short without asking and shrugged when pointed out. No conversation. Left alone while they had conversations with blow ins. Will never go back.

If you got the chance to be served by Irene or Danielle it will be your lucky day, all the girls are devoted, for us we prefer these two ladies, Irene is mom's favorite hairdresser, if she's away she won't let anyone else do her hair. We love this place. The staffs are all nice

Was hesitant to write this, as the girl who cut my hair was very friendly, but after straightening my hair the day after a cut, I noticed that all throughout my hair there were several sections that were about 1.5 inches longer than the rest. Had to fix it myself, not impressed. Would not recommend.

Sent my daughter in here to get 1cm cut off the ends. She came out with 6 inches cut off the front of her hair. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH SCISSORS NEAR YOUR HAIR. If that wasn't bad enough the bit they cut off at the front looked like it had been ripped off, not even a good cut nd it was uneven.
If I could give you a score of MINUS 10, I would.

I have been going to this salon for 10 years now! I have always had really good service. Recently I had the Dream Makeover package & Taylor did a fantastic job. She is very friendly & attentive. When I told her about my scalp condition she went out of her way to make sure the dye did not touch my scalp. I would not hesitate to recommend this salon.

I went to Cockburn Volona for my daughter's hair cut. I was shocked. It is like my daughter cut her doll's hair. Funny. Waste of money.
I dont know whether she is an apprentice or not. Seriously it is bad. So I went to another hairshop which I normally went before I moved to this area.not recommend.maybe that particular person.

Great cuts and colour! These guys really are great. I was moving around salons throughout beginning of 2010 and upon finding the Maddington Volona team my hair has become thicker and so much healthier. Friendly team, reasonable prices, reward system amazing colour knowledge and just a really great place to go. Definitely worth a look see.
