One of the worse customer service in my life. I inform from store for collect my Phone but its not delivery at this moment.

This is the shiniest vodafone store in whole Perth. I ordered my phone online with vodafone and gave address of this store. My phone was here on 22 of November and didn't receive any call. Finally I had to go to store by myself on 26th of November. And even on arrival they took 45 minutes to handover this phone. O/10 ethical customer dealing of the staff members. If you wanna visit vodaphone then I would say go anywhere but this one.

Spent well over 30 min trying to organize a $10 esim (which they said they could do).

After 4 staff members’ expertise during this time, I said I will just pay for the plan even though they couldn’t do what was promised as I wanted to leave the store as it was obvious that it was not possible to provide this service at Vodafone (and they couldn’t easily organize a refund).

I was very polite despite the circumstances.

The very bad experience was made worse when I got home and realized Vodafone had not replaced my working SIM card and had to return to store to reclaim it. Instead of an apology for not replacing the SIM, I felt like they thought it was my fault (despite never having touched either sim myself). No apology was offered when I came back for the sim, but ir was sitting on the counter ready to be collected.

Staff worked hard, I really feel they tried their best and felt really bad for such an awful outcome - but the end result was such a waste of time and destroyed any belief in Vodafone I may have had. Perhaps Australia is just not geared up for esim’s - but I was told it would be no problems.

I subsequently called the Vodafone help line. Just as useless.

The manager and team members were really helpful to find a solution to get my NBN modem after I had some shipping issues, well done at the Booragoon location, which referred me to Karrinyup shopping center and the manager and team here were really helpful. If you are having trouble over the phone, go in person, it makes such a difference

I'm glad I switched to Vodaphone from my previous phone company. We use their branch in Garden City shopping centre, which has plenty of parking and is conveniently to us, locally.
We've been with them now for several years, and they've performed exactly as they said they would.
The charges are reasonable (and less than we were paying previously), the billing & payment system is simple & straightforward.
The staff have been helpful & obliging, whenever we've called in.
I'm not in the habit of "naming & shaming" so I won't list them - but over the years we've used three other phone companies, and Vodaphone has proven itself to be far better than all three of them were!

I had terrible experience at Cockburn Gateway branch so I try Booragoon and it was way much better! Chad was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and offer the best solution to my requirements. So definitely highly recommended.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A11 from Vodafone Cockburn last week. Today I discovered I couldn't use the contactless payment system on my phone. As I was in Westfield Booragoon today, I went into the Vodafone store for some advice and guidance as to what the problem was. I was assisted by "Sally", who right from the onset was extremely impatient and rude. After explaining my issue, her answer was "those phones don't have NFC and there's nothing you can do about it" and when I said I didn't understand this, she replied "I don't know how many times I need to tell you, there's nothing you can do" and did not offer me any advice or guidance on what I could do about my issue, after I asked again why I could not do contactless payments on my phone. Sally then passed me onto a man on the front desk who was also rude and yelled at me gesturing with his arms and saying " it doesn't matter what you do with the phone you cannot do contactless payments". I then left the Vodafone shop disgusted with the staff and my treatment whilst I was in the shop, as all I was asking for was some guidance and advice with my new phone. I ended up sorting out the issue myself, after the upsetting, unhelpful interaction with Vodafone Booragoon staff.
The staff at Vodafone Cockburn are very pleasant as well as efficient and helpful.

Really terrible experience. Staff were rude and refused to negotiate over an excessive and unreasonable charge. Would advise not to go with Vodafone.

They are not interested in you if you have a warranty issue with your phone. I was treated really badly when I asked for help to resolve a broken stylus on a recently purchased note8.

Yet more issues. Stay away from this company, at all costs. Very very dodgy. Do not trust them.

Had an amazing experience, was referred to this store from a friend and was not let down. The staff were friendly, patient and helpful, if you need fast friendly service would definitely recommend Vodafone.

Apparently the worst customer services I have ever encountered in my life. The lady at the counter was rude from the beginning as if she didn’t want to be there and help customers at the first place. I feel she should have stayed at home and not come to work if she did not have the enthusiasm. Unprofessional and lacking work ethics.

Worst customer experience! The staff is very rude and yell at you, When you inform the head office, they brush it off and blame it on the customers.that is why Vodaphone is on decline. Avoid them for your own peace of mind.

I visited this store on Saturday morning intending to switch from my current provider. I waited for almost 5 minutes and still no-one engaged me. There were other customers being seen and others waiting. Not enough staff. I went elsewhere.
