Thrilled with the service provided by Vivi Salon team for a pedicure and hair color package. Tash and Kim were very professional and yet personalble and did an amazing job with my hair and nails. The salon is clean, bright with a minimalist, classy feel. Ability to get my hair colored and also get a pedicure without extra time or travelling to to two different salons is definitely a bonus. I had a fantastic time at the Vivi hair salon getting a keratin treatment and my hair dyed. It has been a week since these treatments were done and my hair is still shiny, soft, and feels amazing. Everything was very affordable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would go again!

Can't vouch for other services there but had a terrible experience with eyelash extensions. They severely irritated my right eye that it was red and would not stop watering. I went back and asked for them to be removed the day after as they did not look good and I couldn't see properly/was in pain. In the process half my eyelashes were plucked from my eyes and not sure this is how they should be removed (one of the most painful experiences ever). I asked about the possibility of a 50% refund (not even a full amount as I know they used their time too) and they refused and said they don't do refunds and offered a 50% credit towards the store. I will not be going back!

I recently did my lashes extension which cost me 81$, but unfortunately, they only lasted for 4 days and they started coming out within 4 days. I must admit, I'm feeling quite disappointed and sad about this experience. I expected them to be of higher quality considering the price I paid. It's frustrating when an investment doesn't live up to its expectations. I hope the brand takes note of this feedback and improves its product's durability in the future.
