Disappointing is an understatement when visiting this establishment. Especially the incompetency that Dr Tan exhibits - would have a better time googling symptoms and receiving advice

Tania at reception is amazing! She always greets you warmly, is very helpful, friendly and acknowledges everyone with respect. Dr Soon Tan is also a caring, attentive doctor who has always provided exceptional care for my elderly mum. Thank you Vitalia Healthcare.

Doctor here didnt provide enough explanation. I didn’t feel comfortable to ask questions as doctor was so hurry to finish consultation even though I waited 40min to see doctor. I am going to change my gp right now for my health and safety. Thanks

The GP (Januzs Samborski) was really inconsiderate and rude. He told me that I’m 15 minutes late even if I was waiting in reception area for around 15 minutes. Won’t come back again for sure.

Don’t recommend going to this place. I had to wait a very long time to see the doctor only for her to tell me she does not know why my problems are occurring. She said I had to be under pain medication for the rest of my life and did not even bother to check me for my other problems before prescribing medication. Was a very bad experience and will not be going to this place as it was a waste of my time and money. I have seen countless negative reviews against Dr.tan but it doesn’t seem like the management is doing anything regarding this.

Had a good impression of the practice on my first appointment for my daughter. The receptionist was courteous and very helpful. The doctor was thorough and attentive.

Despite that the Doc was kind and understanding, professionalism can be improved.
He did told me about the possibility of addiction. But failed to warn me about some other common side effects like drowsiness, decreased alertness, confusion which is concerning for people who drive.
Which myself have experienced an obvious drowsiness after the med.
The box has an warning sign about do not drive if affected. But if others didn’t notice
Then they took one before driving, the trip back they felt drowsiness. What are they gonna do?
It would be right to do if the Doc has warned patients.

Yes it is on the guidelines pharmacist should counsel patient especially this is a newly prescribed med. And I did told them this is an new medication. I am going to write a review to Chemist Bentley.
I am surprised by the failure of two gate on medication safety.

Dr Soon Tan did the right thing at a tipping point in my health crisis for me.
I am back on track now.
So glad to have seen Dr Tan.

Dr. Chen-yi Lo is a very nice person, who takes care of patient and gives extensive suggestions. She’s very knowledgeable to give adequate prescriptions to avoid side effect and dependence.

Other good things to point out:

• A good GP to give bulk billing;

• Swift response of the phone call to inform me at this stage Telehealth is NOT bulk billing unless you have symptoms of COVID-19;

• Friendly nurses and receptionists;

• Good time management, I didn’t wait too much time after filling the form, probably 5 mins to hear the call from Dr. Lo.

If you are an international student please do not think of going in here. Make sure your insurance covers with this place. I was contacted by them to get results which I had to pay 79 dollars for and furthermore was told I could get my results by coming in anytime. Now they are asking me another appointment to receive the results which is an absolute joke that I need to pay extra for a meeting to get my results. If I knew this I would have paid them but they will ask external agencies/debt collectors to chase you unless you pay them in full. Don't go here

Even you booked a time to see the doctor, you still HAVE TO wait for more than 1 and half hour from your appointment time. Waste patients time and not apologise. NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

Great experience from when I walked through the door to reception, Receptionist so welcoming & informative. Nurse was a lovely young lady as well, made me feel comfortable. Dr Mina Hajighanbari, once again I felt so comfortable, so easy to talk to & she listened. Must say I was concerned about finding another Doctor as my Doctor retired from medicine after many years. Excelent medical center. I received great service from Vitalia health center. Dr Mina is brilliant and gave accurate diagnosis of my disease.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, efficient and thorough.

One of the best practice I've ever been to. I saw Dr. Chen-Yi Lo and she, as well as the nurse was extremely friendly and caring and did not rush me at all even though I was going longer then my appointment was suppose to. Definitely making her my permanent doctor.

Very friendly and helpful practice. Also the 1st GP to actually have a nurse take our vital signs before meeting the GP. Would definitely recommend this practice to each and every one.

Wonderful service, great doctors.
My husband had to get his eye checked as he grazed his cornea. Appointment was made with great ease.he came home happy that there was no waiting around to see the doctor and she was so thorough, explaining everything clearly to him. Great to finally have a local Doctors Clinic that you can get an appointment with. Will definately be taking the rest of the family there when needed and referring them to family & friends.
