An “on time” departure for once would be much appreciated.
But it’s not going to happen… is it!?
Here we go again with the delays and cancellations … you have ONE JOB! Not happy.

The baggage staff have a break before unloading the bags on the conveyor. Waiting 15 minutes and still no trace of them. Awful service

Alot of people but queue didn't seem too long. I checked in online ahead of time as I'm not carrying luggage.

If I could rate this in the negatives I would. The staff where rude and unhelpful. One wouldn’t even speak to me because she was going onto her lunch break and just pointed in the direction of someone else. It took until speaking to the 4th person to get assistance with what turned out to be a very simple request that didn’t and couldn’t involve the self service points due to the booking style. If you need assistance at the desk because that’s what the self self kiosk says, you’ll need a treasure map to find one. Extremely disappointing

Check in kiosk more like it. Must be depressing getting put out to pasture by a kiosk.

I miss the personal touch from a human being. There are a few staff mingling around but there is always a wait to talk to them.

I don't like where this world is heading.

Tried 3 self-service check-in machines, and all 3 ran out of baggage tags and couldn't print, then shut down. Only one Virgin staff member was available standing at a computer. Other passengers had the same trouble.

My time at the Virgin domestic airport terminal at Perth airport was great. A few of shops selling food, drinks, electronics etc etc. Nice comfortable place to be while waiting to catch your flight.

These guys are amazing. Supportive, efficient and even work their butts off when a hiccup occurs. And a special shout-out to the young lady who assisted me today- 6 stars

Was disappointed to find our flight had been bought forward 2 hours and was only notified by text message that morning givin us very little time to make our flight on time. Only to get there and to be given 1 seat then to find a fellow passenger I was travelling with had been given the same seat and I was moved without asking.

Super easy took book in and bag drop off the same.if u need help with anything it's readily available…. Sadly tho our flight was “cancelled” and only I got a notification the night before …we had to scramble to get a flight back to Adelaide…or should I say flights! …. Perth to Melbourne…. Melbourne to Adelaide…flight delayed in Perth and we only just made our last flight but a few mins…. On saying that one male flight attendant sadly I can’t remember his name went above and beyond for us to make sure we DID get our connecting he was fabulous

Terrible, the flight bag drop was already closed before 30min of the flight and paid $150 extra for next day flight. SCAM!

Very helpful team at the check-in (5 stars), however we were misinformed about unaccompanied minors. I was extremely lucky that I had time to catch my flight as well, I had planned to check in my daughter and head to my flight.
Interesting to watch their management at the boarding gate. 3 white managers stood around chatting and joking while watching the only 2 non white attendants board everyone. Really not a good look at all for Virgin Australia. Have had challenges with Jetstar post covid, however will be staying with them.
Certainly #virginnotwonderful.

I had a flight at 6 am, arrived in the airport at least 2 hours earlier (no sleep). Canceled flight because of missing pilot, 30 min waiting in line for new check-in, then staff declines assistance in my turn. In total one hour waiting in line for new check-in, i felt invisible by staff. I’ll avoid it, first experience traveling with Virgin Australia, bad experience.
However, the crew was very kind and helpful. I had a good experience in the gates and airplane.

We were dropping my daughter off after her visit from Melbourne and she was very organised with her carry-on luggage and we had quick access and airport was very quiet and easy to get around

9th September 2022 townsville to brisbane plane cancelled only have 3 people at the counter "I don't know is the only thing" I am hearing. Worst Airline in Australia. Shame on the awful service

The worst bag drop experience I have ever had.
Rude staff, not happy to be there and very unhelpful.
Half of the self check in weren't serviceable no paper and they knew about it but didn't fix it.
20 min bag drop with hardly anyone there

Wouldn't fly virgin again. They cancelled our flight and didn't tell us. Only found out when checking in on line a few days before. No reason given.

I really rate this lounge. It is leaps and bounds better than the Qantas club and business lounge in Perth. It is now my favourite domestic lounge. Loads of seating. Better beer range. Food is better. Airside view.
Note: The AFLW dockers team use this lounge on occasion and they can be very noisy, but at least they don't get boozey and carry on.

Very smooth. Helps we were flying business. Organised a wheelchair for my partner and took us through to the gate with minimum fuss.

After flying out of skippers and cobham T1 treatment is so much better. Can get hot meals and beverages before flights which adds to a more enjoyable experience.
