VIP Veterinary Centre in Landsdale

OUTSTANDING care of my doggo, Jake, that had a really sad and traumatic life before he found us, including 5 homes in his first 18 months of life, so my poor boy (Shepherd/ Labrador mix) has had some trust issues.
The team at VIP VET literally made Jake feel like a VIP! The Vet and Vet nurses were incredibly intuitive and caring. This was a huge step for Jake and I so I’m beyond grateful for the support and care given.

Micheal the vet guy and staff were more than 5 star.awesome I have a new puppy.
Great information folder came with the service.
Could not fault them at all.
And micheal has looked after my old cat he is the most caring veterinary I have ever gone to. 10 out 10 to him.

Took our boy for his vaccination and he did not want to leave as he loved those yummy treats during the process.

I've been very happy with the service and care that the team at VIP have given my two dogs. From middle-age to their autumn-years my dogs have always been well cared for by the team at VIP.

The only place I trust with my pets. Even though Greg is no longer actively practicing, his staff are all attentive.

Having moved from interstate recently I was concerned about finding a vet who was good with cats. Rebekah was fabulous and she has a great way with the fur babies.

The vet that gave my girls their booster shots was so kind and caring and also didn't mind me chatting even though she had other "fur patients" to see.x

Had no problems for years but I forgot to make a date for a dog appointment one time and they were very rude to my mother on the phone and even said not to take our dog back there. Pretty rude and unprofessional

I had to change my dog's vet because I moved. It was an exellent choice. The receptionist was so friendly and kind. Also, Vets were super gentle and caring. My little dog had to get dental treatment. I paid a lot less than other vet clinic. And my dog is a sensitive dog who needs a lot of care. He didn't seem to be stressed this time compare to other vet visits. I think they genuinely cared for my dog. So I was very happy. Thank you so much

Took my little girl to them.they were so caring and helpful before and after she had to have dental surgery.couldn't do enough! Very satisfied with their service. VIP will be my new clinic to go too! Highly recommend them!

Dr Gregory was very gentle with Max and very considerate in taking the time to explain options. All staff are fantastic.

This vet clinic is a blessing. It has all the attributes you need a vet to have whether your loved pet is healthy, sick or at the end of their life: above all, they have Greg Carson's amazing knowledge and intuitive way with animals, but also, 1) they love and respect animals and their place in your life, 2) they display genuine compassion, 3) they demonstrate a pets before money approach and 4) they know what pet parents need when things get really hard. On Saturday, it became obvious to our family that our beautiful, 6 year old, female, pure black German Shepherd, Sami, was at the end. It's likely that she had a brain tumour and her ears, eyes and legs were all failing her. Our family had to make the horrible decision to let her go. The clinic opened at 9 and had us in at 9.30. They treated us and our pup so kindly and respectfully, easing her stress and making her comfortable before the end came. We were able to sit with her as she passed and they allowed us to sit with her as long as we wanted after as well. We were really upset and they didn't judge us or make us feel uncomfortable. All of these kindnesses allowed us to be more at peace with one of the hardest decisions we've ever made and I felt like we were there for our dying family member when she passed. Lynette and I will never forget these acts of compassion. Thanks Greg and team.

Never treated my pets yet but they gave me a call when my boy Chico aka Houdini was found wondering around. Kept him safe til I could get there to pick him up few hours later. Seemed like a friendly place and where more than happy that he got home. Cheers again

Had to get my doggy Buster in for emergency visit as he may have been stung by a bee, the Nurses and Vet Greg were so quick to see us and gave Buster a thorough examination. Every time we go to this clinic we get nothing but fantasic service, they are all so kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Thanks VIP will keep coming back!

Fantastic care for our 14yo Golden. Went in for a check up and cyst removal that turned out to be more sinister after testing. Schedules were juggled around hastily to enable surgery the next day after results came in. Our dog is normally anxious but she was very obviously happy and relaxed in the care of the staff at VIP. Very happy with the compassion, attitude of the staff and care level given. Would not hesitate to use or recommend their services again.

Dr Greg and his team are compassionate and skilled. We moved interstate and are back again and so happy to come back to happy professional vets!
