2Violetta is professional with so much knowledge and experience in Electrolysis. She made me feel instantly at ease. Her prices are amazing (easy to see if you compare with any other clinic) and she works very fast. Thank you V, you're a gem.
Deserves less than one star. If you would like to be robbed and see no results, and actually end up worse than how you started, this is your girl. She is the most unprofessional, lying waste of money. She is overpriced, doesn't do her job correctly, and you will never see results. She will play a million tricks to waste time that you pay hundreds of dollars for and make sure you see no results so you have to keep coming back. She will tell you that it's electrolysis it takes a long time and its your hair and your fault when, in fact, it is not. She will constantly bring up her 30 years of experience, but you will not see results, and she'll say the time will go down and the results are coming through, but there is nothing. Biggest mistake of my life trusting her. Do not trust her or waste your time. She also uses the most outdated machine, which guarantees that you will not see results, yet she charges you the most insane prices. THE WORST EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
