This store sells racist toys! Golliwogs are not a funky collectible, and making them part of your central window display just shows how hideously ignorant or apathetic you are. This isn’t Louisiana 200 years ago, this is Perth 2019 and we don’t celebrate slavery of people with a different skin colour here. I’m disgusted this happened in such an awesome and diverse suburb.

I left a comment on their IG page referring to the multiple golliwog dolls placed in their front window, pointing out how offensive those dolls are considered by most people. Their response: deleting my comment and blocking my account. So I guess we know where they stand on that. Will not be shopping there ever again.
