Staff are terrific. Nothing is too much trouble and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Special call-out to Georgia who is always helpful, polite, and friendly. Great customer experience.

This 1 star is specially for Nick, the manager. Who is an unfriendly tosser. Shame since all the other staff are usually so nice and knowledgeable.

Same as all the other 3000 off license in Perth. Nothing stood out to me. Good place for wine

Nice little shop some of the young female staff however polite can be very curt even smug esp toward low socioeconomic males. Why employ good-looking upp-middleclass young woman who obviously do not care hugely for a career in a lowly hospitality position when they are more inclined to be an upp and coming lawyer, public media-relations person or some other highly paid professional careerist opportunity? Or maybe they will marry a doctor or lawyer or real estate mogul.

Shouldn't hospitality try to employ and train people that do not have a high opinion of themselves and who regard a job in a bottle shop as a career option not just a short term path until the professional career gets underway as well the connections? Working class kids need skills and training -rich kids & goodlooking young women have plenty of options and serving average Joe's in a bottlo maybe too much of a downer for some of them I think at times.
