I don't like their prices or lack of European wines but I do like the people who work there.
I was just refused service at this store for a very bizarre reason. I went in and selected 3 different items, a premix margarita, premix g&t and a bottle of wine. I was then informed by the cashier that she couldn’t serve me as other people had come in earlier that day and had tried to purchase the exact same 3 items but were underage and did not have ID, and she suspected that I would be supplying alcohol to them. I have been racking my brain to figure out what the actual reason was because if that was true it’s a crazy coincidence plus it just seems like a pretty out there reason to refuse a 37 year old person service in the middle of the day. I had just finished work and was well dressed and we had not interacted in any negative way before I tried to make my purchase. She seemed paranoid and a bit over the top saying I would be fined for second hand supply? Other people trying to purchase alcohol has nothing to do with me. I had my ID but the cashier did not want to look at it. Honestly I’m still kind of shocked and confused about the entire interaction. Very weird, will not go there again!

Served by a friendly and helpful female staff. Order of 3 bottles were all ready in a bag for collection. She was very patient in explaining changing items in bundled sales. Stalky girl in Hay Street unit could learn alot from her.
Great selection of drinks as you would expect but the difference is the staff. Great bunch of people
On multiple occasions I have experienced the most disrespectful and unnecessarily rude customer service from one particular staff member in this store (Amber). Perhaps some training on how to talk to customers - in a customer oriented industry - wouldn't go astray. Won't be coming back!
Rude and unhelpful. Especially the girl with 6 piercings in her nose. Celebrations around the corner is worth the extra 2 minute drive.
Pretty good range, parking is hard to find. The people working there are always very chatty.
