Why is the shop manager taking donations home to sort. I have seen her twice now loading donations into her car. I was told by a volunteer that the shop manager takes donations home to sort them out because they don’t have enough time during the day to sort donations. I wonder how much comes back to the shop and how much she keeps for herself.
I think this should be brought to the CEO attention. Volunteer told me they are too scared to speak to management in case they lose their job

Had the most horrific and inappropriate experience on 12/03/2022 with the store manager Carol. From the moment we walked in, she insisted to make multiple inappropriate comments about my partners looks & body. She continued up until the moment we left the store, even her colleagues asked her to stop. It was absolutely disgusting behaviour to their customers, no professionalism what so ever. I did not mention anything at the store out of respect for everyone else. Will never go back there again. 0/5 Horrible.

My favourite Vinnies, amazing customer service and manager Carol is wonderful. So many bargains and the whole store has a good vibe. I love shopping here and always leaving with goodies.

Too expensive and prices all over the show but im not surprised when pricing some items from online as the lady quoted

Great shop, neat and clean, friendly staff, we have contacted a heap there lately and some young high school kids volunteering on Saturdays to help unload the donations, well done, great attitude to the community!

I suggest in the coming year, the Vinnies shops should do more on customer service especially those shops around joondalop and wangara.
Wanneroo shope is doing well though, a bit of training is recommended, will go a long way to increase sales. Thank you.

Great little shop. Have found lots of interesting items there. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
