Walked in and honestly though it was a boutique beautiful clothes nicely laid out clean and the ladies at the counter were so friendly and well presented.

When ready to pay, the counter lady changed the price up, even though it had a tag on.
It was their mistake, yet i had I paid for their mistake. Only small difference but what a joke, worst customer service.

Well layer out. All items for sale very good. Reasonable prices. Staff very friendly.

Disappointed. Prices were high compared to Vinnies stores I've been to in other states. Clothing wasn't in sizes and crammed together on racks so difficult to browse.

Trust me when I say that this is a good store
I foud 3 pairs of tommy hilfiger turtlenecks that would go for 100 each and spent less than 30 on all three
Really good service and ofc it's smells like a Pharaohs tomb, which adds to atmosphere of a world war 2 meusem

Tried to drop off seven large bags of “quality” clothing and shoes this morning. The lady behind the counter was very abrupt and stated we only take washed and neatly packed items. I told her they were straight out of our wardrobe.
I collected the items from my vehicle and dropped them in the back room only to be told “they do not go in this room, you need to bring them to the other room room”.
My wife and I have dropped off to many charity shops in the past and this experience left me feeling uncomfortable. Maybe caught the staff on an off day.

Well laid out staff and helpful staff. Very cheap and you will find a bargain.
