A great store. Very courteous and helpful staff. They will go above and beyond!
They will pack fragile items and help to take them to your car. How is that for service! Huge range of items for sale, at a fair price. Well done

I've never had such a bad response to bringing in good quality items. When i walked in an elderly plump wrll dressed lady approached me and her first words were and i quote "oh no, not more"!
I was flabbergasted at her unprofessional and ride remark and i expressed my disappointment apon returning from my embarrassing situation by explaining that she approached the situation very poorly and unprofessionally. I had 4 bags or nicer clothes from both myself and my wife that were thinning down to move overseas.
I felt humiliatand received a pleasant welcome elsewhere locally.
Not a good look at all!
Just down the road at anglicare opshop
What a nice experience. I brought some nicer end clothes and shoes here and received a lovely greeting and overall welcome and appreciation from a lovely young man! Bery different to the nearby vinnies where i was almost frowned upon when i entered with my bags and was made to feel unwelcome and humiliated.
Thanks for your great work!

Some decent items can be found if you look closely, I'll be calling again soon to see what other bargains I can find

I have been supporting this store for many years.

Horrible customer service by one female volunteer by the name of Viorica. I made my purchase after browsing then she followed me out the door to accuse me of stealing a jumper that belonged to my son. She would have noticed him wearing it if she greeted us as we walked into the store walking past her. I have never felt so uncomfortable and I have been ignoring her rudeness for far too long. I have had enough. A person like that should not be in a store that represents kindness towards others as she is a horrible human being. She needs to take a good hard look in the mirror.

Very rude staff in my experience. Waited at the counter while they stood there and ignored me as I tried to pay for something. I politely said “Excuse me” several times but they kept doing other things. Please don’t employ sociopathic volunteers who clearly like to exercise power over those who are vulnerable. Remember, you are there to serve. Don’t volunteer if you can’t be respectful and courteous. Shame on you.

The customer service at this store is second-to-none. Genuine smiles, demonstrated interest in what I was buying, and plenty of assistance given when I inquired about a particular item I was hunting for.
Thank you Ladies!

Good op shop, although at time some items can have prices that don't reflect their target market. Good selection of clothing and usually they also have a good range of jewellery and other items.

People aren't bad, but there never seems to be anything there that is a bargain, or even interesting. I was told, a while back, that any good stuff donated to Vinnies is sent to Vinnie "Boutiques" and sold for expensive prices. Unlike other charity shops you rarely ever find any treasures at St Vinnies. If you want basic, bland clothing it is OK.

Very friendly staff, not pushy, just helpful.
There is a great range of items from clothes and accessories to dinner ware, glasses, tea sets, retro crockery and cushions that are not cooked with air!
Parking is ample and people are aware of Covid restrictions with distancing, hand sanitiser at the door and steaming fabric just to be in the safe side.
Check it out.

I went to the Morley St Vincent de Paul store. I have usually found that the standard in the shop is usually quite poor and overpriced. They had several winter insulated vests on a rack near the door. I went through them and tried some on. Only two fitted. I noticed they had significant staining on them. I took them to the counter and asked if they had already been washed. The woman there said they might have been. I asked if she thought the marks might come off. She didn't know and went to the boss. The boss said that all prices were fixed whether they had stains or not. They wanted $20 each for these vests. They actually expected me to pay $20 on the odd chance that I might be able to rehabilitate a garment. I have never encountered such an uncharitable and exploitative attitude in an op shop before. It seems that it is more about making money than providing a reasonable service. I personally think that the government should initiate an enquiry into some of these "charity" stores. They get tax exemptions, they get goods donated for free, and god knows where the sales money goes. I would not
