Way Overpriced. More worst than the Anglicare shop. Total rip off! Unfortunately they are NOT ashamed of themselves about the exorbitant prices. Would give zero stars if i could.

I had to buy requested 2 'vintage shirts'
I had no idea what to get.
Could not have bought them if it weren't for Renee. She was the assistant that obviously had true love of her job.
She was amazing.and

Really good selection of clothings but dang, it's pricey! Isn't it supposed to be a thrift store?

I went into change rooms to try on clothes and was harassed from the time I walked out
The girls followed me and intimated about what I was holding onto my clothes trying to talk them off me
Will never go there again

One of My Fave Op shops when I’m in Fremantle. The window dressing is always a standout. Staff are friendly and handle the shoppers with humour & grace. Prices are above the average but so too are the funky vintage outfits and you can tell the staff really care about the condition of their store.well curated op shop, ever changing - a must see

Great clothing but the staff is awful. The blonde with the short hair was talking loudly the entire time to another lady with long black hair. They had just had a customer shoplift and we’re discussing it so loudly it was really unprofessional and obnoxious. Then when my friend and I went to try on clothes the blonde was guarding the clothing that we were to take in 3 at a time. She asked me how many pieces my friend took in and I told her I wasn’t sure, she made some snarky remark about how she can count? It was bizarre and rude. My friend ended up spending almost $200 but the entire staff was so unprofessional and had such poor customer service it was actually appalling. The woman at the register was also trying to avoid ringing up my friends total so she could know how much she was spending to decide if she wanted to put things back. The whole experience was terrible and it’s honestly just that generation of boomers that lack customer service and treat anyone younger as if they’re thieves. So yeah nice clothes but not worth the buzz kill customer service.

Very very expensive. When did charity stores become premium priced "boutiques"? Vinnies are generally good, but I would not recommend this one. With their prices you might as well just go on Ebay (where you may find something cheaper), or to a commercial secondhand dealer.

A good range for women. Less so for guys. Not sure what the outdoor 'right to pass' signage means.

I made an enquiry about donating some clothes to the store and was directed to the manager. I found her to be quite rude and unapproachable, so, I decided to donate to other charity shops in the area.

This store is trading under the "Vinnies" name which is misleading to the public in making them think that your prices are affordable.

You continue to push the same excuses that the purpose of Vinnies shops is to raise funds for your services in the WA community assisting people in need and that this store is unique etc etc.

But these are simply excuses to JUSTIFY your exorbitant prices.
There are many stores that do just as much community service as you people WITHOUT the exorbitant prices.

I have never shopped at Vinnies Fremantle and NEVER will.

You people that run this particular store should all be ashamed of yourselves trying to take advantage of people on welfare and low income earners, which i find absolutely disgusting!

I will be warning all my followers on social platforms about this store. And i will also be submitting a complaint to Consumer Protection about this store misleading the public.

Please stop calling yourself a thrift store if the majority of your items are not affordable.
Pretty sad considering op shops are meant to be for people who may not have the money to buy something new. When Myer / David Jones has sales I can get these things cheaper brand new.
This is a retro store not an OP shop.

I looked through the secondhand records and came across the usual Kamahl and Harry Secombe records. Found a Peter Allen one missing one record. Finally picked up two records one a 12 inch 45 from 1991 with a 5 dollar sticker another scratched Neville Mariner recording of Bach with a 25 dollar sticker. Are these people for real? !

Way too expensive. Making the excuse for exuberant pricing that only vinnies do compared to the other charity stores is poor.

If a person on a tight budget comes across a high quality item someone was kind enough to donate, they should be lucky enough do you have the opportunity to buy this without a price hike that is out of the range of someone who is struggling. After all charity shops were originally designed for people who are financially struggling to shop in.

Making the excuse for these prices is shameful as stores like Good sammys and the salvation army are making decentt profits to fund charitable projects without the high prices that vinnies have.
Truly shameful that a charity shop is taking advantage of the already destitute.

Very very expensive. When did charity stores become high priced "boutiques"? Perhaps we can find its origin in the Gospel of Luke when Jesus said: " (Over-price your) retail - for the kingdom of boutiques is nigh. " They claim that all of the money goes to help needy people, but needy people need to buy clothes - but they don't help them out on that score at Fremantle Vinnies. I have known people who have been "helped" by the St Vincent de Paul Society, and compared to Uniting Care West or the Salvos they get very little assistance and deal with difficult volunteers. I think that these "boutiques" are a scam regardless of what those with a vested interest in them claim. The Vinnies in North Perth is also expensive - so it is not just a Fremantle and Northbridge Vinnies thing.

Nice store but I’ve never been to and op shop that’s so expensive and that’s just your standard brands. Crazy prices doesn’t make sense.

Very despicable store - unbelievable behavior
Shameful how they take FREE items and mark them up so the poor people can’t afford them
$45 for used Polo shirts
$150-250 for winter coats
The man who founded St Vincent DePaul Frederic Ozanam is looking down from heaven in disgust with money grabbing management that runs their operation
Shame on the. For turning into evil sinners and money collectors
