Vinnies Busselton

Presents wonderfully. Nice selection prices are a little high but have seen worse.
Parking is tight, but we opted to park across the road on the grass area.
I found a lovely candle that had the base smashed I spoke to 2 wonderful ladies at the counter and they said they would bin it or I could have it for nothing as it was smashed and quite sharp I was happy to try repourpose the item and for free was fine by me. After looking around more I went back to.tge counter to pay for a little soft toy to have a new lady very rudely say that I can't have the item for free and would have to pay $2. I mentioned and was honest and said well the other staff said differently. " She was rude and was dismissive. Had she said to offer a donation, I would have been much more happy to do that.
I did pay for it and the other item but wasn't impressed by her tone and quickness to dismiss what the other 2 staff had said.

I won't be in a rush to come back to this store as that 1 person left quite a bad taste in my mouth and felt like a money grab for a smashed item that would of ended up in land fill.

A bit over priced and Trish at front desk was quite rude to check out staff in front of customers

Clothes are clean (I suspect they might wash their items before putting them on the racks), did not see any stains or mark on anything! Shoes were all either perfect or good condition (no trashed shoes for sale), same with their bags and purses.
They have a great range of small nicknacks in cube baskets (new socks, soaps, party supplies, craft items, new knee braces) and a great book corner. Good quality furniture.
Staff were having a good time behind the counter, chatting and very friendly. Change rooms were spotless and the entire store’s cleanliness was A+
Prices were higher than other op shops in Busselton, starting from $4-5 per article up to $10-12.

Good quality stuff (got my fav wool jumper here for six bucks!), really good prices (especially compared to other op shops nearby) and absolutely lovely staff. Totally worth a visit.

Was extremely judged due to my McDonald's uniform by a few old women, purely because we don't look smart clothing wise. Like come on we work at maccas.get real ppl

Overpriced and bare shelves yet turning away donations? I compared other opp shop's same day around town, had more stock and lower prices. People go to these locations to save money and at the same time support others so come on guys do forget why you're there. Last year and year before you had much more displayed and more reasonable prices.

Poor customer service, and was just for my disability. Like get a real job at maccas. Not happy

Good quality stuff that isn't overpriced unlike other op shops, got a wool jumper for just 6 bucks. Also the girl at the counter was super nice, don't remember her name but she had a nice smile. Overall if you need some clothes for cheap and you're in the area it's worth popping in.

I visited Vinnies Busselton last week & was very pleasantly surprised. They have a great range of clothes, books, household items etc which were all displayed beautifully, reasonably priced & the shop itself and items for sale were all very clean & in good condition. The staff were friendly & helpful, it was a pleasure to shop there & I will definitely return.

Nasty blonde haired woman today should not be working in customer service and clearly under stress from the job. Rude and obnoxious and all about profit, not helping needy people.

Some things far too expensive! These things are second hand and could be purchased a few dollars more new.

Appalling. My entire family came here the other day and were treated with appalling service. The staff was insanely rude and unhelpful. And the prices.don't get me started on the prices. We are a poor family and couldn't even buy anything here because all the clothes were too expensive! The worst worker there was the one with the glasses. She didn't help me at all! This is by far the worst op shop I've been to in Australia.

And all this during Christmas? The birth of Christ himself? So sad.

Excellent service here! Shoped here yesterday and was pleased with staff and clothes there good job ill be a returning ahaha

Prices are just raising higher and higher for what?
And i went in today there was 2 workers moving a cabnet to deliver to a old lady that has asked to be put in her living room, well dont you lot like to whinge and whine about your job! That right there was very disgusting to hear!
Also whilst i was browsing a lady smashed the back of my ankle with a tv cabnant.
No sorry no nothing just movibg it more to get me to move.
I have bad anxiety and its hard enough to go out and enjoy myself well all i can say is im extremely aggravated fairly upset and complete and utterly disgusted in BUSSELTON VINNES STAFF/VOLENTEERS
