Brilliant Charity store! So clean, organised and so many choices. Pair that with super friendly staff! I'll definitely be a regular!

Was just in this store, good prices and very lovely staff. Very friendly man at the front entrance greeting people and a nice man inside very helpful and friendly. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in an op-shop!

Good selection of clothes, art and home necessities can be found here. Decent sized store. Staff are friendly.
There could be improvements made with the organisation and presentation of the clothes.
Suggestions would include:
Sorting clothes by size rather than colour.
Avoid the use of low racks for men's t-shirts as it is hard to see the labels unless one gets on their knees.
Avoid putting too many clothes on each rack.
Moving the less popular winter jackets onto the lower racks and putting jumpers and t-shirts where the jackets are instead.
With some of these improvements the shopping experience could be a lot more productive a pleasant.

Nice second hand store with great variety of product. It's bad of me to give four stars, just couldn't find people to assist, but note excellent range and staff are mainly volunteers.

I was wondering how an op shop could have a bad star rating. I just found out!
Came here to drop off donations, after asking if I could use the toilet for my 2 year old and refused due to policy, we ventured off and found one eventually.
On returning to the car (parked at the front of the store) where my husband was changing our babys nappy and telling him we found a toilet, the manager stormed out and told me I couldnt speak loudly like that outside the store and insinuated we couldnt use the toilet as the staff things were out there and I would steal them.
Definately boycotting that store, dropped off our several bags of donations to Good Sammy's only a few doors down, where all the staff were lovely and very appreciative.

The best vibe on the strip. Went op shopping with friends today and we were so impressed with the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Loved the music, well priced stuff it was such a fun outing on a rainy day. Thanks Vinnies Belmont, we'll be back again!
