I went in today to find some shorts and a lovely lady named Karen saw me and helped me. Every time I come in they're very welcoming and pleasant
Sadly vinnies had become expensive. Not sure why. Bit sad if you rely on the budgeting side. Sometimes cheaper in large stores for clothing.

Absolutely horrified at the experience I had to endure while attempting to return a jacket which I paid $20 for only to get home and realise it had two large tears on the hood. I returned to the store without the receipt but with the item that still had the tag on. They would not refund, nor would they allow me to exchange the item which was absolutely ridiculous. One lady was arguing that I should have checked the item properly before purchasing. Not only was I made to feel like i was in the wrong but I was denied logical thinking by the staff who at the least, should have allowed me to swap the garment. This store is way overpriced! Not to mention rude, sour staff who are out to rip you off - beware. Whoever says the staff are friendly here has their head screwed on backwards.
I missed my bus and thought I'd fill the time until the next one here. I filled my basket with some pretty cool buys. Good range, good prices and close to the train. Great little store.

My daughter and I visited this shop yesterday and was absolutely disgusted at the behaviour of staff in this store on this day, we were treated like criminals and felt very uncomfortable with a lady standing by the change rooms like a prision guard peering through the gaps. I have shopped at this store in the past with no issues (complete different staff on other occassions)! We also donate all our things to this store too as we live locally. If my daughter and I were treated like this, it makes me wonder how under privileged people seeking assistance are treated! Not very Christian like at all and very unprofessional staff who need ot have a good hard look at their behaviour.
