Natalie is amazing, friendly, helpful and genuine. She made the whole process move so effortlessly, I didn't have to worry as I trusted her from our first phone call. I'll never forget what you did for me on the day created something amazing. Would definitely recommend her over and over again.

Natalie did the flowers for my wedding and I can't recommend her enough. She was wonderful to work with and made the whole process super easy, even after my many change of minds and tweaking! The flowers were beyond anything I could've imagined, we were complimented on how lovely they were all night. I would absolutely work with her again for any florals I may need in the future.

Natalie created the most beautiful personal (bouquets, buttonholes, corsages) and reception flowers for our wedding! Her communication was great from our first phone call, to responding to emails, and meeting up in person to discuss the details. On the day, everything ran so smoothly and we were incredibly happy with all of the flowers. So thankful that we found Natalie for our wedding and that she was so accommodating, professional and friendly throughout the process. Cannot recommend Vine and Bloom more highly!

Stunning! I was beyond happy with the bouquets and buttonholes Natalie created for our wedding. Her communication throughout the process was fantastic. She listened to my “dream” of flowers and colours desired, and using her creativity and professional skills, turned them in to everything and more for our special day. Delivery was on time and the delivery lady explained everything to keep the flowers longer and fresher.

Natalie is the most caring professional florist. During our phone call, she explained she buys fresh flowers regularily, and straight from the market, as per orders. Great! Love this! So I placed an order for $100 bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my unwell friend. Natalie had just left the flower markets, only to kindly return after hanging up from me, to purchase more fresh flowers to fulfil my order. I promptly transferred the funds. Approx 20 mins later, Natalie calls me to confirm, am I looking for Scarborough in Qld opposed to Scarborough in WA? Omg, yes, I wanted Qld. After apologising profusely, with Natalie laughing, totally putting me at ease, she then immediately asked for my bank details and promptly transfered the money IN FULL, straight back to my account. What a sweetheart. She is a business woman, she had every right to charge me for the flowers she just purchased for me, for my order, however she did not, and told it would be fine, and fully refunded me the $100. What an absolute delight she is. I only wish I knew people in Scarborough WA, that i could send flowers to, so I could support her and her business. Such a gorgeous lady, thank you, forever grateful.so please, support her for me?

Natalie gives great service at short notice and is able to interpret and create what has been asked for over the phone. Thank you Natalie for creating some beautiful bouquets and delivering on time. I also appreciated your photos and confirmation when they had been delivered
