Just had two sessions of remedial massage one with Pakky and then with Isabella. Both ladies very experienced. Isabella is very professional and targeted all the tight & sore areas in the deep tissue massage.
I really appreciate the dedication of staff to provide the best experience. My lower back issues are quite reduced and well controlled. I look forward to going again and highly recommended her. An area that can improve is the customer service at the reception desk.

Exactly what my body needed! Deep tissue massage left me feeling like a new person. Special recognition to Pakky for my amazing treatment; she inspired a lot of confidence in her knowledge and quickly identified my problem areas. The pressure was intense but never painful, and the relief was instantaneous. I will be back!

Unfortunately, I’d like to rate this place quite low.
My masseuse was good, who was a uni student and very calming and sweet. I had both sessions with her last April and earlier this month. Enjoyed the deep tissue massage and found it relaxing both times. The two stars are for her.
Although, when having tried to make a booking, communicating with another lady via email was not pleasant as I didn’t get any clear explanation I looked for from her response and my following query was ignored. Plus I didn’t feel welcomed at all at the shop either as she looked mad for some reason, which, intended or not, made me belittled in person. Now that I noticed there’s many other frustrated reviews and her aggressive reaction to those, reckoning what I experienced must be a normal day at this place, I’m convinced not to revisit here next time.

Just finished a deep tissue massage with Mia Gunputh. I've had a lower back pains for the past 5 weeks now due to a bad sprain. Her knowledge and approach was amazing and definitely felt muc better by the end of the 1.5hr session. Would definitely recommend booking in with her for any issues.

Always book with Gene! Had already been multiple times and she fixed my sore back and sore legs! Highly recommended!

This time I saw Maya (due to short notice) she is one of the best masseuses I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very well experienced and knew exactly where my problem areas lied. I prefer a heavy handed masseuse and she delivered just that.
The only drawbacks are; all their services are very pricey, and the thin walls as it can get loud, customer service at the reception could be improved too.

I have to say this is one of the best massage I ever had in Perth. Dr. Bong did a thourough remedial and scrapping for my problematic body aches and pain and I can feel the difference afterwards with his treatment. Price a bit dear but my health is important too.

The best place for remedial massage in town. It hurts a lot at first but very helpful in a long run!

I was going to buy a groupon deep massage valued at $103.00 for $72.00. On the website it states that $103.00 is for an hour massage with a senior therapist. The lady on the phone told me I would not get an 1 hour massage if I buy this voucher. It seams like you are paying less but also getting less. False advertising perhaps?

Had a massage with Mia today, I can’t recommend her enough. She really knows what she’s doing, highly experienced and ethically professional. The service at Vic Park Sports Massage is up to the standard. Will definitely be back for sure especially with Mia. From a very satisfied client

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. To start, the massage therapist was wearing casual clothes: converse, hair down did not look professional at all. I told her that I have very sore legs and that´s why I mainly needed treatment. She put her elbow straight into my hamstring and start moving in cicles, very painful. I had to tell her to warm me up. No good pressure, she had no clue what she was doing. I stood up to leave and the owner that was at the reception asked me to do not leave and that she will do it. At that moment 15 minutes were gone.the owner seemed to be a good massage tharapist. During the massage she left the room twice (briefly), she was trying to do other things while she was attending me. After 45 minutes she said she had anoter appointment. I said that we started late and she didn´t treat my quads and the front part of my legs at that point. She was by herself so, I didn´t get 60 minutes massage.which cost 103 dollars, very expensive. She rushed me to go into another room to get a free 30 minutes session to would make me ¨sweet¨becuase that´s was what I needed. She was rushing me so I had to grabbed all my personal belongings quickly and wearing only a towel. I went from one room to the other with a towel around but she said Ï shouldnt´worried because no one was there¨. I was laying down with this heat blankets all over me for around 15 minutes and I started feeling my sking burning. I left. Unfortunately I can´t recomend this place.

Absolutely amazing. I cannot express my gratitude for Gene's work enough. For years I've experienced myofasicial pain and almost constant soreness in my hips and knees. I have been through multiple treatments from physio's and pain specialists. None of these treatments have been as effective as Gene. After a few sessions my ITBs relaxed for the first time in my adult life. My shoulders have dropped and my posture has improved. These are just a few examples of the benefits I have had.

The first few massages may be a bit painful if you're sensitive like me. However the pain is well worth it and I'd encourage you to continue for multiple sessions. I have gone from struggling with light pressure to being able to tolerate an elbow in my back.

I have sent my partner and a friend to Gene and both have had the same experience and rave about her as much as I do.

I am not one to write reviews but I am genuinely shocked (and incredibly impressed) at the difference Gene has made to my quality of life. Thank you!

Very rude receptionist massages are great im sure however didnt even get to try it since I was so put off by the reception lady

Do not go here if you have injuries, they will antagonise it and blame you for their lack of skill. On top of that, their customer service is non existent. If you want to pay someone to be rude to you and injure you this is the place to go

Response to owner: as you can see by how aggressive the staff are when you disagree - a perfect example of the type of customer service you will receive, really just proves my point

One of the most disappointing massage experiences I've had. Started with receptionist being rude while making the appointment. Difficult to communicate with and had to check multiple times when the booking was made for. On the actual day, could not find the place and called twice. They were rude again when I was genuinely trying to find the entry and was hung up on the second time.
The actual massage was very rough even though I asked multiple times to not use so much pressure. The masseuse left the room twice to attend to another customer and left the door open in one instance while I was on the table. Masseuse stated I had too much fat in my upper back and that I've missed the opportunity to exercise my lower back. They had also stated my lower back was like a man's back. Asked them to focus on back and legs. Majority was spent on the back with 5 minutes or so on the legs without medi rub.
The masseuse/ receptionist was abrupt, unpleasant and impolite.
I was excited and looking forward to the massage but was very disappointed with the rudeness and lack of care. I will not be back and can't believe how ill-mannered and discourteous someone in service delivery can be.

The masseuse was good but the customer service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. She is now texting me on my personal number and accusing me of being dishonest.

First of all, I did apologize for my mistake very up front. I was never rude to you and only polite and you could have turned me away and I would have understood but you chose to let me continue, that is your decision. Regardless of whether I made the booking incorrectly, you were extremely rude to someone who did not even buy the Groupon for themselves (it was a gift) and even if I had, that still does not give you a reason to behave like that.

Let me suggest two things to you:
1) If you hate receiving customers via Groupon, DON'T PUT YOUR BUSINESS ON IT.

2) If you don't want a low rating because it affects your business, then don't be rude to your customers because I can support any other massage place who affords me the basic amount of respect that you expect from another human being, like responding when they thank you.

I would have never found your business if not for the gifted Groupon and I would have certainly kept coming back and brought my partner with me if you did not leave me with such a sour after taste.

The massage itself was amazing. The therapist did a great job.

Unfortunately it wasn't what I would consider a sports massage. My previous experience is that a sports massage focuses on key issue areas and the therapist provides suggestions on prevention / injury management. This was just a really nice all over massage.

Also, for the price point ($95 an hr) I would of expected something far more professional. The clinic is rundown, not particularly tidy and there is no atmosphere. I nearly turned around as I walked up the stairs thinking 'this place is dodgy'.

The high end price doesn't match the low end experience.

Kate and ling are both my favourite, for sure coming back again, i have always good massagefrom there.

Happy with deep tissue massage. Had this 5 weeks post natal. Gene accommodated very well. She made sure I was comfortable on the bed. Her massage pressure was strong and got to the right points.
