54Very poor experience with this Medical Centre. It ruined my whole day and I find the cost of my session disproportionate an unethical. I went a couple of times to the same GP, she was helpful and ok in those occasions. Next, I booked a phone appointment to check my test results, and for a 3.5 minutes conversation, I got charged the $85 "the whole fee". Additionally, I received 6 calls and 3 voicemails from the centre while at work to settle that payment, which I found excessive. I won't go back there nor recommend it. It felt like a huge waste of time, of money and another huge disappointment about the health system.
Both Dr Forward and Dr O’Mahony are highly experienced and great doctors. Easy to use app which makes things easier and quicker. Good facilities and lovely nurses and reception staff.
I have only been coming to this practice since Dr Evans joined the team. She has been my GP for over 20years. One of the most sort after GP authentic compassionate no short cuts with her precise diagnosis and dedicated care. When she is not available if I had to see a GP at other practices never came across a genuine doctor like Dr Evans about patient care. She goes above and beyond to ensure aftercare by following up on patients. Not in this day and age with medical practices.
For me personally about the practice reception I have not had any issues. Reception staff have been polite.

Terrible set up. The doctors all say the same phrases. I have seen several of them. They all say the same phrases. Mental health seems to be an addiction to all the doctors rather than making an appointment and paying the doctors for anxiety/depression medicines.
They have no understanding of sexual abuse, mental health or severe anxiety disorders.
The whole place is a disgrace, and your charged for it.
Embarrassing Australia and mental health.
Just go with another doctor. Doctor rushes you out the door and stings you 200 while trying rush you out the door. One receptionist tries to force you into picking either phone consultation or appointment within first 20 seconds without hearing you out. No cares given about customer service

Best medical & caring Dr - have been cared for by her for 20 years, Dr Maureen Evans, so compassionate. Staff obliging including the reception area who take your phone query to correct area, always helpful. If you have to wait for a while it is because the patient ahead is getting the same care you will receive, not rushed out because time is up. Another year later and still the best Dr I've ever attended. 2022 - (added) she follows through when needed. Reception Staff also very compassionate, & helpful!
The reception is always very helpful, Dr Mamun Khan, is excellent, has helped us so much, my husband has Cancer, Dr Khan, is very compassionate, our other doctor retired, and we are so happy we went to Dr Kahn

Rude doctor, you go in and get a script refill, doctor does not even bother to read patient file
Booked online and got no message the following day, plus upon arrival it took 10 minutes until I was finally notified the doctor I booked with isn’t in this week.
We moved clinic after my son asked "why does my doctor smell like cigarettes" and I didn't have a good answer for him. Enough said.
Every time I visit Victoria Medical Group (which has been often lately), the staff at reception have always been friendly, helpful and professional. Give the guys a break. They have been working under very difficult circumstances over the past 2 years. I work in a bank which has been stressful enough. I think they deserve a medal.
I politely emailed to ask for a phone chat with the practice manager. No response. I followed through with a phone call. The lady who answered the phone wanted to debate me instead of taking my message, but she eventually said the 2IC would call back. Never happened. I was making a plea for help and formed the impression they are more interested in billable visits than genuine health concerns. I intend to take this complaint further.
Avoid this practice at all costs! The receptionists there are rude and don't care for patients going there. It was my worst experience to make my appointment with a doctor in that place. It's no wonder their practice is going down and I know OF many people that I know have only bad review of Victoria medical! Won't be going there again! Avoid this place!
From reception to doctors, absolute disgusting attitude. Medical centers in third world countries would have better doctors and service than this.
This practice has bad customer service and receptionists are rude! The GPs are not friendly and quite arrogant to patients. My experiences here have always been bad in many ways. I would not recommend going to their practice and I would give them a lower score if I could. Avoid there!
Does not even deserve 2.5 stars. A serious investigation into medical practices is required. It is a nightmare of a practice from service staff to Doctors.
Misery. As you walk in the receptionist nearest the wall doesnt even attempt a smile. Just a sour look on her face. Booked in and she ushers me to the waiting area.
When asking after 45 minutes where the appointment is she looked like I had interrupted heart surgery and was very inconvenienced. Unfortunately not the first time with this experience here. Very dissapointing but looking at other reviews I can see why its 2. Something stars. Maybe employ some friendly faces up front instead of the look of misery whenever you enter.
Alleged customer parking for two hours but then they put a fine on our wind shield only after 1 hour during my appointment!
