The staff are amazing and so friendly. Even offered me a drink.
Service was so nice and quick but my nails turned out amazing! I will be back again and again!

The service is soooo good, all the staffs were so nice to me, i was offered water, coffee and tea as well, i had my acrylic nails done here and it can’t be anymo betterthe pedicure is perfect, i felt asleep istg, the massage was so lovely, definitely come back

I've been to a lot of nail salons in Perth but this is my favourite. The ladies provide a great service at reasonable prices and their friendly manner creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They even offer their customers tea, coffee and water. I always leave the salon with a lovely manicure and a smile. I won't go to any other salon now.

First time doing nails and I’ve chosen the perfect place to start. The customer service was so great! The person asked if I needed some water and then gave me a variety of choices to choose to have as fake nails. I had a particular design I saw on the internet and they did it so beautifully. Definitely the place you want to go:)

Experienced the absolutely worst and most misleading service in a nail salon today at, Vic Park Nails and Beauty.

I returned with my Mother after a rather average experience last visit. But, decided to give this salon another go. On my first visit with my Mother the staff member started cutting her nails without confirming desired length, mum immediately asked her to stop and re explained she didn't want them that short. The business offset the mishap by putting on two acrylics with tips at no charge.

Upon returning today. Mums two acrylic nails were brutally removed using a plastic nail extension and no other method (aside from also using cuticle cutters), resulting in her nails being ripped off with the acrylic extension, removing any length with it. The staff member put tips on as it seemed she was aware she was at fault.

They also asked mum to pick a colour as normal. Mum picked a shiny polish, seemingly the same that can be bought at chemist warehouse down the road (see picture) as a "regular polish".

When I went to pay I was firstly shocked to find out the staff were charging me for mums tips. I refused as the staff member had not only cut mums nails way too short last time, but then ripped off the tips they added to resolve the issue last time. Resulting in mum losing any length and caused some very obvious damage to the nail. When the staff member argued, I asked "How do you normally remove an acrylic nail tip and not cause damage? " She stared at me blankly and begrudgingly said she wouldn't charge for the tips added to resolve the damage the staff member caused. Then, I was told it was $15 for mums colour! At no point did anyone tell mum (I was sitting next to her) that the colour she chose would cost extra. It was just a sparkly colour that mum always liked to pick. You cannot charge someone extra for something if you don't even point out there's a price difference in the first place! I've attended this salon multiple times solo before bringing mum in to which the staff have always been up front of any extras. I can't help but feel they saw an old lady and decided "she won't even ask and will just pay". I am SO glad I was there to look out for my Mum today. Trying to sting a pensioner to fix your mistakes, and not disclosing extras until its time to pay is unconscionable conduct. I won't even get into the eye rolling of the staff, the clear disdain they had for us or disgusting attitude. I think I've made it pretty clear the appalling service your business provide.

**UPDATE** The polish they tried to charge EXTRA for, is now peeling off after a few days.

Great service! I attended knowing the place might a bit busy but gave it a whirl. They fit me in to get shellac removal and polish. Nails came out just like I wanted. Thanks Team

Showed the photo of what I wanted and I'm really happy with the results! First lady tired her best haha but after 2nd time she got her co worker to help her complete my nail! I loved that she tried tho! All interaction were nice and super pleasant,

I’ve had my nails done twice at this salon and I’ve been getting my nails done at many different places for years. I’ve honestly never had as excellent a service anywhere else than I have at Vic Park Nails. They’re very efficient, excellent quality nails, they always listen to me and give me exactly what I ask for. They’re all lovely ladies too and always make me feel welcome

Always great service and a great result. Best to book/ call ahead as they are often busy. Comfortable, clean and very friendly.

I went with my friend today. We both are very happy with our nails. Lovely friendly staff and a great cup of tea too.

The lady’s were all SO lovely and accomodating, the lady that did my nails was so professional and I am absolutely so in love with them she did an amazing job. I will be back in the near future:)

Won’t be returning

Thought I’d share my experience seeing as there’s so many glowing reviews here and I had the total opposite.

I’m not one for leaving reviews but hope this makes the salon treat possible future clientele better than I was.

Arrived 10mins early to the salon and was seated to wait for my appointment booked at 10am. Was given colours to pick at 10am and then was not attended to until 10: 20.2x ladies came in for their 10: 30 appointment and were seated next to me, and one lady actually had her nails completed before me. Going off the conversation with my nail tech and the lady next to me, they are returning customers so it felt like they were put above everyone there. They offered everyone in the salon a bottle of water apart from me which came off as extremely rude.

My nails are uneven, the nail art is painted badly and when asked to correct the issue was told I should have chosen straight lines and not squiggly ones. I am paying for a service you offer, so I expect to get my moneys worth. My ring & middle finger on my left hand haven’t even got the last coat of polish on them and are left feeling tacky. Seriously so disappointed and now waiting to hear from another salon to fix the issues with my nails.

It was my 2nd visit there but again I’m disappointed with nail extension. I showed her what I want on my nails but she did exactly opposite of my expectations. Next week is my birthday I’m very disappointed with the worst service. No doubt staff is too nice but services are worst in this price. In future I’ll never come here.

Totally recommend this place, they did my nails for my wedding and they just did it how I wanted it. Thank you so much. They are very affordable and the customer service is super good.

Loved doing my nails here. Free water, massage on my hands. Very nice shades. Recommended!

Had SNS nails with tips yesterday and I love them. Lovely clean well set out shop. Lovely people with lovely conversation. She took the time to explain what she was doing and how to look after them, with suggested follow up refills and replacement. There is ample free parking behind SuperCheap Or paid street parking. Others in the shop were also very happy with theirs nails. I appreciated her apologies for speaking in her mother-tongue but wasn’t necessary.felt very relaxed.

This salon is down the Bunnings/MacDonalds end away from the busy shopping centres. Definitely give it a go but you may need to book as they are busy

This new kid on the block is going to give other nail salons a run for their money.

They did an amazing job on my fiancèe nails but regarding my nails its a diffrent story the lady who was doing my nails was more focused on my fiancèe then my nails plus I was over charged for what me and partner got done.

Staff are amazing I have recommended to my friends and many have made the change to this new nail salon
