Viable Reefs

I went to buy some RO water for my new saltwater tank. The owner was so nice with me, he showed me the clownfish hatching, asked me how I was doing since I am a newbie in the hobby and took time to answer my questions. You can see he is really passionate about his work and love sharing his knowledge. Thank you so much for your time, help and friendly welcoming! On top of that the shop is beautifully set up and realty well cared for.

We would of lost our entire tank, thousands of dollars, if it wasn't for Sam's quick action and driving 2 hours and spending the whole day with us to totally empty our 1800 tank and get all our fish in quarantine.

It's great to experience such an incredible level of customer service in Perth and knowledge with Sam's willines to share is vast knowledgeand experience. I am new to the hobby so any knowledge I receive whilst just starting off is paramount. Popped in to have a look walked out 3 hours later with a huge amount of chemistry knowledge truly outstanding level of service I will truly support him on is new venture. I please ask you to do the same.

I went in the store today after trying many other reef stores around Perth and this one is by far the best. Not only do they know what they are talking about, but it is in their best interest to help the customer. I was greeted by the friendly staff when I came in and the owner had the time to answer every single one of my questions aswell as go beyond.

Sam spent his time trying to figure out my tank parameters and think of ways I could fix it rather than trying to sell me any products.

Sam is one of the most knowledgeable person in this industry.
He finds out what is the cause of the problem and fix. Other aquarium shop just try to sell product with out getting to the bottom of the problem.

Other aquarium shop must take a page out of his book. That's how you get customer to return for more business.

His fish is healthy - the corals that he is selling is healthy as anything I have ever seen. The display is really clean.

Both the owner and manager are amazing, super helpful the owner went out of his way to help me get something I’ve been looking for for months I couldn’t recommend a better place.

I still remember the first day I walked into the shop, first thing I asked was for the popular 'boyfriend couch, Not interested in the hobby at all, just following my girlfriend around and watch her spend all her money. As the weeks went by the friendly staff and owner (knowing that I was not in the hobby) Still took their time to talk and explain things about what my girlfriend was purchasing and how it will improve her tank.

I then slowly started to get interested in the hobby since in this shop I realized that they really are not there to squeeze every penny they can from us, they are there to help us get in the hobby and enjoy it long term. Sam and his friendly staff took their time to explain every single Coral and fish, how to treat different diseases and how to keep a very healthy aquarium.

Now every time I go in the shop we are always greeted like friends and not just a customer. These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and most important they care about your tank and are most than happy to guide you or help you enjoy the hobby.

In conclusion, my humble opinion is that this is the best Reef shop in Perth, with friendly staff, knowledgeable, caring, not so pushy, beginner friendly and very healthy livestock (fish and corals). I wouldn’t go anywhere else these guys are awesome!
