Vertu Nails

Had SNS French today. Worst set I've ever had. I complained during them and said I wasn't happy, but the girl just carried on and said they would be fine. You can see my own white tip before the sns white starts so looks like a false start and the white is barely prominent against the "natural pink" she used on rest of the nail. They are lumpy and despite me saying that she didn't fix them and they still charged me full price. Won't be going back.

I’ve been here 2 times before and both experiences have been bad but I was in the area and decided to give benefit of the doubt.
The lady cut me and made me bleed and continued to other toes not apologising or acknowledging I was in pain. Just got a bad vibes from her then I was swapped out to another women. Not once was I spoken to or even looked at, or even asked what I would like done by EITHER of them.

During my treatment, another lady went to pay and was told “the eftpos was down and to go get cash”.

I decided I didn’t want to continue my treatment and went to pay and guess what. The eftpos was working.

Terrible service in all ways. Would not recommend

The boss does an absolutely appalling job on nails. I have found the other women working there to be good however had numerous shocking sets through the boss. Never going back

Love this place and their beautiful and friendly staff. Nothing is ever a problem and are always accommodating. Can always go there and have a good laugh and chat. Thank you ️

The ladies were so nice and friendly and actually talked to us, my nails came out beautiful, not thickly applied, they’re same length and shape and shape is so clean, got exactly what i wanted! Only coming here from now on

Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. They did acrylic nails but some nails left undone. Just talking in their own language in front of their clients. Will never go back again.

Came in today to have shellac on my fingers and was barely greeted - sat down for 15 minutes and wasn’t given any colours to choose from. Another lady walked in for a pedicure & they started on her nails straight away even though I’d been sat there for 15 minutes. They acted like I didn’t exist! I walked out. Shocking customer service.

They do not care for clients.talking so loudly to each other in their language. Don't get me wrong, English is my second language too. But when you talk in front of your clients in a different language it is rude and we feel ignored. You guys even stop and take pauses to talk. This cause a slow job and very inefficient. Not happy at all and will never come back

The ladies were talking to themselves soo loud and so aggressively, it felt like paid trauma to me lol

Just went in to get a pedicure and they refused saying they have an appointment when 3 of them were sitting, eating at the back. An appointment for all 3 at 4.30pm in the afternoon? I don't think so. I've been supporting them since they opened but definitely won't be going back there.

I’ve been here a few times and the ladies are lovely
But the last time I went (last week) I had 3 nails break off within a few days
I had them all fixed on Sunday, today is Tuesday and 4 more have broken again
One just broke while I was folding laundry
It’s a shame because wanting to support local, but I can’t keep spending an extra $20 for broken nails every few days

The salon drills your nails down unhealthily thin - my real nails were completely ruined after my acrylics done by them. I showed the ladies a picture of the design I wanted, and instead they did my nails how they wanted (square french instead of curved - even when pointed out, they went "sorry" and kept going, and completely wrong colours. The place is very dirty as well.

The service was rushed, rough and unprofessional. They were quite rough in filing my nails and made my skin bleed. The application of polish was uneven. The equipment used are old, cheap, dirty. They are also speaking loudly to each other. It was not an enjoyable experience.
