TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Being on the phone for more than one hour waiting for them to answer.

Only giving a 1 star as Google does not provide an option for 0 star. Absolutely appalling professionalism, knowledge and contact and updating. Companies and Individuals pay good money for very little in return. The website should 100% remove the 2-3 week turnaround and and write 5-6 weeks minimum. I have repeatedly had too get get in touch with Veritas concerning my ASIC and not once have they been able to provide and accurate update. The "tracking" feature in the emails is useless and should be removed. Constantly pointing the finger at Auscheck and using them as a scapegoat for not having an answer. People's work and lively hood depend on these verifications and the response of "I'll send and email to Auscheck and get back to you" is just not good enough. When your over $250 dollars for a service and get none is absolutely not good enough. I feel as though I have literally done half the work for them and should be getting paid for doing their job.

It's been 28 days now and all I get is that it is still being processed. Was told that there was a backlog Sorry not good enough.i can't start work without the card and have already missed out on one swing now it's going to be two swings.just wondering who compensates for loss of pay

Do not use them for Police Checks. There are other companies on the ACIC website.

These people take very long

Called them explaining I was worried about being denied my MSIC and fronting $200 only to be out of pocket. They assured me I would be refunded 80% if so… fast forward, denied and now they are saying because the back ground check has been done I’m not entitled to a refund. Information that was left out during our original call and considering a background check is the major part of the process and it’s done by the government agency, I’m not actually sure what I even paid this company for.
Don’t go with them guys.
There’s better agencies who won’t lie and move the goal posts as you go.

Update: After review I had my money back from this company.

So bad experience with this company! They charging money for nothing! I pay $98 for police check which is $42 cost. And after 30 minutes asked them about refund. They told me that $73 can be refunded. But it's already 2 months and NOTHING!

When you pay twice higher than the actual AFP check, you'll wish for a better & quicker service. It's more than a month already, I haven't received my certificate yet. Such a regret! I was a fool for thinking that they're the official, tried to comfort myself by saying 'Oh maybe they are quick & would give me good value'. Not at all! My friends who submit the police check application directly through AFP website, paid half than mine, got theirs in less than 2 weeks. Please, just go to AFP OFFICIAL website.

Misleading website, plays like they’re Australian Federal Police website - scammers.

These lot are a pack of maggots. We were dupped in thinking we were on the AFP website, when really it was a third party website.
Contact your bank to recover your funds. You have been warned.

Don't use this group for your important documents. I did my AFP check for $98 with them which we can do for $42 from official afp website. I am suppose to send my document within 28days to immigration. More than money they didn't deliver my certificate within 7 business days so i mailed them and they want me to wait till 10days. I waited till 11 days and i called them to know where is my original certificate and the lady told me may be delivery person put it in wrong address or they lost it. They dnt have record of anything. So now they asked for another copy and it will take another 7 to 10 days to deliver it to my place which is more than 28days. I waste my time and loose my money. I am still waiting for my document.

Had an excellent customer support experience with a Veritas employee Kayla Wilkie via email, phone and correspondence at the Veritas Group offices when renewing an MSIC that was nothing short of professional. Made the process a breeze. Would highly reccomend dealing with her and the veritas team for any further enquiries

This organisation is an absolute disgrace. I am an employer waiting for the MSIC card for an employee of mine. When I called them after 7 weeks, I asked how long it takes to get the MSIC, they say 2-3 weeks. So I ask, why I am waiting for 7 weeks already. They don't know, but it was still within the time frame. So I ask what is the time frame? No answer, they're just making up excuses. In the meantime It's been 9 weeks! My employee can't get to work and I can't get my job done. Veritas sends the application to Auscheck and Auscheck sends it to some undisclosed checking agency that cannot be contacted as Veritas claims. And V.refuse to follow up. "we will contact you once we know more". They provide no service whatsoever. And you have no leg to stand on. I requested for my money back, but of course they don't respond to that either. I wll take my business to 1stop next time I hire an employee. DO NOT USE THEM!

Applying for an MSIC with Veritas is painful, as I received out of date documents sent to my email. They don’t mention:

1. Not all Australia Post’s can process your paperwork; and
2. Forms of ID required are category A, B, C. AND your passport.

Whether this is AU Post being difficult or Veritas being incomplacent with their documents, I’m pretty annoyed to do everything right and get turned away from two seperate post offices. Waste my morning waiting for them to open, only to not achieve anything.

Please update your documentation.

Don't get a msic thru this mob
I rang and said I need a msic for port of Brisbane
They said ok and it will be back in 2weeks

WRONG
TOOK 4 WEEKS
And the kicker. No port access card
Off to 1-stop and another $157
All up I am out of pocket 450 for msic card to pickup containers from brisbane port

PS. 1-stop have msic and access 1 card $295
