Donna is an amazing creative florist. She is also very professional. Flowers were beautiful, exactly what we asked. Very good value for money! And fabulous service.

I needed flowers at very short notice and Donna was amazing. We were spreading our mum's ashes at the beach and when I explained this to Donna she was just so lovely and couldn't have done more to ensure we had just what we wanted. She was conducting a workshop when I arrived making Christmas wreaths which were stunning. Just a gorgeous shop with heart. Thank you so much Donna)

Have bought flowers from this florist several times and have been extremely happy with the product and service. The owner has always been helpful and accommodating, and the flowers beautifully arranged.

I popped in to buy flowers for my friend in hotel quarantine and the owner was just beyond beautiful. I gave her my budget and she created a stunning bouquet which was perfect. My friend was over the moon?

This is what $100 worth flowers look like, a bit small and poor, the vase is not included, I wouldn’t recommend this florist.

Walked in to buy a present and was greeted by a friendly business owner who cared about her customers and products. Nothing was too much trouble and service with a smile is always a winner.

Been getting flowers and plants here every fly in day for my girlfriend for the past 8+ months and every time without a doubt she is left beyond impressed with the quality that Donna manages to put together. I even look forward to our quick catch ups and talking life while she works her magic. Hands down best service in Perth. Highly recommend.

Trading hours say 9 till 5. Arrived at 4.50. Door closed and staff member told me to go away. Bought flowers down the street instead

I walked in today for the first time to buy a present for my sister in law.

The little terrarium was gorgeous and Donna was a delight to chat with - very chirper and accomodating.

Very disappointed, I regularly but flowers from the shop as the flowers last, I also phone order. Today I called in and was told to busy to sell me flowers. Very frustrating, over the I spend more than a large single order. My business will not be coming back.

Lady with glasses is extremely rude and has terrible customer service, went in for a quote and instead got lectured about being a “time waster”.
Do not waste your money here.

Rude impolite customer service. The lady asked us not to ask too many questions. Is this what customer service about? Sad to see this happen in affluent area such as West Perth.

Lady with glasses was extremely rude and made us uncomfortable with her comments about the slogan on my shirt, dog growled and tried to bite my partner who was doing nothing but stand still, terrariums do not last.

Shop is well presented and indeed has lovely things, however, I bought a glass enclosed Bonsai and have returned it once for mould, it has it again and while it took over 2 months to have returned I don’t believe the problem has been recitified, feel I’ve wasted my money

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS SHOP.
I wanted to enquire about some flowers that I needed in a couple of months time for a special event. The lady who served me was initially nice. But she was was expecting me to book the flowers and when I told her that I was just enquiring and didn't mean to make any purchase yet, as I still had time until the event date, she immediately turned EXTREMELY RUDE.
It was as she demanded me to lock in a purchase immediately.
Then she started lecturing me about how I shouldn't be asking questions at this time of the day as she was very busy and how I made her and the other florists mad. And at the end of her lecture she was like "THIS IS HOW YOU MAKE OTHER PEOPLE MAD! DO YOU UNDERSTAND? !? ".
After all, I was just politely asking about the details and if she could give a discount if I bought more from her. I don't even mind if I have to pay a premium price for nice flowers, but after this type of customer service, I didn't want to purchase anything from her. I would have booked in my purchase a couple days later if it were not for the rude lecture and attitude I received from this lady. As soon as this happened, I did not waste anymore of my time in this shop, and politely left.

There are so many other florists in the area who can serve you much better.

What a lovely shop, the lady working in there are also fantastic! She's putting lot of love into it and you can feel it as soon that you enter in! Thanks for your passion!
