Venice Pizza Bar & Restaurant

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Amazing food and staff. Will definitely return when in Albany.

Got the Don Ciccio pizza which was good. Friendly welcomed in the door, server knew his special, served promptly and was fantastically attentive to not only us but the surrounding tables - absolute complements to the gent with the long hair! Pizza would have been better a little crispier (pizza base was a tad floppy), but can't let that disappoint me enough to drop a star!
Worthwhile visit for a nice, bustling restaurant in Albany for any special occasions.
Note there's a bottle shop across the road to buy beers/wine as the restaurant is strictly BYO!

A year ago we spent a week in Albany and came here. Twice! Because we just loved it so much the first time:) We came back to Albany yesterday and the first thing we decided to do was to go to Venice. And we still love it!
Pizza's are great and the atmosphere is very Italian (it always feels like a big family reunion ^^).
The Zucca is our favourite!
The staff is very attentionate!

Wednesday night dinner. Excellent service, food very tasty and rather large portions and reasonably priced.

Best Italian restaurant in town. The chicken parmi was huge than my face lol as welll as the risottos was cooked perfectly! Will defo be back when next time in Albany

Excellent service and great food, dessert a little expensive but nice would definitely go there again but make sure you book ahead always busy.

Fantastic venue, plenty of seating. Big menu alot of variety with BIG servings, definitely top value. Service & staff are excellent. Definitely worth a visit. I booked ahead. Also great Bar selection.

Worst service in my life. Never have I been treated so poorly as they can not tell the difference between chicken and beef. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

There was no issue with the service. The manager, our server James and the girl behind the counter were all fantastic. Just the food was mediocre. We both shared an entrée and both thought it was very plain and boring. We both ordered a main and unfortunately both meals were swimming in oil and an overall lack of flavour. I think this place has been here for a long time and will continue to do business. Just hope there is some improvement

Pasta was overcooked, my fettuccine with smoked salmon were overcooked and salmon was in big chunk

Great service for Albany and it seems to be packed all the time we are down here. Food were great and perhaps too large portions imo. We would recommend!

Really good service from the staffs. And the food is very good. We had dinner here and wanted to return for lunch the next day but unfortunately the place isn't open for lunch.

This was a great resturant, the pizza and spaghetti was amazing but the fish was a bit overpriced

Fantastic pizza, we tried it while we were staying in Albany if only there was a pizza shop like this near me where I live.

One of the culinary highlights of Albany. Amazing food and attentive and energetic staff. Be sure to make a booking (it's popular), and be sure to bring a healthy appetite - the serving sizes are beyond generous. Highly recommended.

Had the pasta, fettuccine al carbonara, was great, service was very professional and had great company, great selection of desserts and plenty of room to place guests, thanks guys.

After leaving Albany 40 years ago it was awesome to return and find that this is the best pizzaria still that I have been to. Pizza was amazing and the chicken schmitzel was huge and so tasty.
