5 I'm in Night Shift30Apr2023 5: 30pm to 5: 30am working as Lifting Equipment Inspector, Connected with Sparrows Group Au,
Location: Area 19, TAR Train 1, Chevron Gorgon LNG Plant, Barrow Island.
Around 12: 45am, I was pick up By TAR Sup. G. O, It happened that there are 4 Aluminium Mobile Gantry A-Frame at TAR Area 19 to be recerts, Been completed 2 as they need CVI update and Green Tagging on EXTAG System.
TAR Sup told me that All four are High Priority for TAR Shut Down.
So l write down the two serial numbers, I google up Reid Lifting UK, but it was early morning Monday in WA, and Night time still in UK, so I shoot email to Vector Lifting in Jandakot, as the Authorized Distributor of RL Equipment in WA, and one more Direct to REidLifting UK.
My decision is quick and the reply of Martin Tognala is Too quick.while I'm sleeping, my mobile has a Notifications at 7: 41am, He send the Test certs.

Sent online inquiry. Got back nothing but questions that looked like it was typed in a hurry at a cafe on a mobile device.
Some broad info with some broad pricing would have kept me interested.
To save time and email ping pong. Try to give the customer an idea of price of either side of a spectrum of roughly what they are looking for so that they have something to grapple with. Answering a question with multiple questions is not helpful. Even if you custom make gantries then you can still give a ROM of around what the customer wants as a starting point for more discussion. If you go to a knife shop and asked for a bread knife price and the shop assistant says can you tell me what type of bread it is and how long is the bread and how many slices do you cut a day and do you cut in the house or outside at the swimming pool and are you left or right handed and are you the only one that uses the knife and how do you store your knife? This will result in a great perfect fit in the end but right there and then the customer wants to know how much. So the answer should be: $155 to $300 depending on your needs. Shall I run through them with you? Answer from customer no thanks my budget is $50. One short interaction results in an outcome. Or the customer could say that sounds affordable tell me more then the shop assistant would dive into the questions to determine requirements.
