After a very bad esperience from another repairer, i git refered to VCM and brought my coffee machine to them.from the start they have been very profetional and passionate about the work.after approving the quote given to me it has now been 7 months and my machine has never worked better.thank you guys will come back once its time to upgrade to a new machine got my eye set on the BFC Junior ;)

Took my coffee gaggia classic machine in for service, repairs and quote to replace few parts including shower screen and rubber gasket.
I need to pay $40 before any quote on repairs, then we discuss. I also just wanted to get an estimate on cost of removing a stuck shower screen.opps mistake.

To my surprise conversation quickly went down hill. Lady was lecturering me on how gaggia parts are far superior and they won't use any other parts.
Then told off for not servicing my gaggia with them every year.why talk in such a unfriendly take it or leave it tone to customers?
