Terrible, ridiculous, bizarre, third class service with bunch of irresponsible employees. Never going to order from them. For their irresponsibility I have to close up my shop. Not once they did this twice. I should have stopped using them before.

Very bad customer service. I sent many emails regarding returning goods to be picked up and refund, no response what so ever. Now it has been over a month and the goods are still sitting in the freezer.
Couldn't find anyone in such a big company that could take action and resolve this issue.
I will make sure that my review will be in every social media. So sad, I thought customer service means something to this company
