Rented with them. Found them to be arrogant and they treated you like you were wasting their time and shouldn’t be interacting with them. Every interaction was an inconvenience for them. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist with them but I guess they don’t care as you’ve already signed the lease at that point…

The team at Vivid property were very professional and provided a great service to getting my property leased. It was leased over 1 weekend! Shona, Saiesha and India answered all questions very promptly and ensured I was in the loop every step of the way.

I have been lucky enough to have Vivid Property Managers as my property managers. The staff in all departments are wonderful, they are polite and knowlegeable about everything they do. They are quick to get issues sorted. They follow through and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have a great rapport with Kristy Brown, the lady whom is looking after my Property, my Property Manager. Once again nothing is ever too much trouble. She is very prompt with her replies and they her relies are very concise.she has always been very knowlegeable and if not sure she checks into it. Highest praise goes to Kristy and the Vivid Team.

Our rental agent has been kept particularly busy with our properties over the last couple of months, there has been a lot of 'out of the usual' type activities. I can only describe her performance through all this as phenomenal. Alecia has been constantly on top of the situation, including arrangements which have involved parallel work handled by us, the property owners for various reasons. She always maintains good relations with tenants while scrupulously looking after us owners interests. An absolutely top job.

The agent has been quite open and approachable. So soft spoken and generous enough to support at anytime.

I have attended several viewings through this company and am impressed by the agency. The properties i have viewed have all been quality houses that have shone against all other homes i have viewed so far from other agencies. I believe the agent that has been doing the viewings over the weekend periods is named Sarah. She is very professional, informative and friendly. She has remembered my name from the previous viewings and was helpful when asked questions about the process and the houses. I rarely leave reviews and was so impressed by the service that i felt the need to review.

Yohanna has been great to deal with and has always tried to assist where she could. She always available on email abs gives feedback on what is happening with any issues that may occur with yourself and lease property.

Absolutely unprofessional from beginning to the end.
Do not rent a property through Vivid they will not adequately deal with issues within the property you’re renting while putting your health and safety at risk.
Completely taking advantage of the rental crisis and will take advantage of your need to have a roof over your head.
They will ignore your concerns, emails, cause you a lot of stress and not address the urgent issues.
They will happily breach contracts time and time again.
They do not ensure the property is at a suitable/safe standard to rent.
Ignorant and arrogant company to deal with.
So glad to be free from renting through them.
When you are forced to leave because the property isn’t safe and they openly admit the owner will not fix the issue they try to hit you with fees.
Constant battle with this company so my advice is to stay well clear.

Worst people to rent through had nothing but continued problems and won’t answer requests for things to be fixed. Stay far away from this company

Rhonda is very experienced with huge local knowledge, and proffered sound advice and suggestions in a friendly and straightforward way. She always answered messages/returned calls very quickly, and answered all my questions.
This removed a lot of the stress involved in the unfamiliar processes. The electronic doc management was great, so easy. We also achieved a sale price well above my expectation. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Just signed a lease with Vivid and from the get go they’ve been great. Quick to reply to any queries I’ve had and they’ve made the whole process of moving simple and straightforward - I almost enjoyed it!
