Chad was approached for a property valuation enquiry for stamp duty purposes. Extremely helpful, quote provided was less than expected especially for the service we were requesting. Prompt email responses and great availability/flexibility for valuation.

Fabulous service! Really prompt with a minimum of fuss. Arranging an historical valuation on a property that we have sold was organised and executed with a single phone call, followed by a single email. This was way easier than I expected the process to be! The service cost was also very reasonable. The entire process took less than a week and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Chad O'Reilly goes above and beyond to help a client out. I have referred many clients to Chad and each time he goes above and beyond. An example of this is yesterday when a client required an urgent Valuation by today. I spoke to Chad early arvo and explained the situation and the reasons behind the urgency. By 4.30pm he was at the property attending to the valuation and by 6.30am the valuation was in my inbox. Yes lovely until they have your money, but no after sale service. They are not interested in returning calls/texts/emails unless there is more $$$ in it for them. The valuation report was very bland and generic, mostly written to cover their own hide. I didn't feel their comparisons were comparing apples with apples. Yes Chad likes a chat on the phone and has the gift of the gab making lots of assurances, but I feel the after service was rather ordinary.

Excellent service provide by Chad, he was knowledgeable, quick to respond and very professional. Fees were transparent and very reasonable. Provided constant update on the valuation and kept me in the loop. Would definitely recommend him to friends & family. A+
