That one girl in the store have to pull up her attitude towards customer.
She’s wearing a brown dress and unfortunately couldn’t get her name.
If you are having a long day, you should either be home or else you need to know that others are having a long day too.
Not happy at all

Sizing was super confusing, the L bigger than the XL, and the M dress fit perfect but an XL skirt was too tight? Staff rolled their eyes, didn't pay attention, and didn't even notice me at the counter as they were too busy gossiping. Can understand not catering for larger sizes as most places don't. But the erraticness of it and the rudeness of the customer service made for an awful experience

Very cheap and nice clothes. Staff on the other hand.every time I've been in here I have been shocked at how rude the staff are. I asked a question about if they stocked my size and I got an annoyed sounding response which just made me want to leave.

Went in to try on 2 pairs of clothes and one of the staff members said we couldn't try it on as they were closing in 10 mins when it was 4: 45pm. Customer service was bad.

Do you guys clean at all in there? Its disgusting. Grubby, filthy floors, hair and piled up dust everywhere

They have a great selection of clothing and usually lots of stock.
However I am turned off coming here again due to the awful attitude of the staff. They do not care that you exist at all. No smiling, no manners and completely unhelpful when it comes to finding the right size or needing help in the change rooms. But that's OK because I can give my business to someone else who really wants it.

Worst customer service. Went for shoping today. 3 girls on customer service were gossiping to each other. I really liked a dress and wanted to ask if they have that on smaller size. When I said excuse me, she rudely said "wait" pointing with fingers with big eyes and continued talking. I Could understand if she had said the same thing politely. No one would waste their money in such a place where they feel insulted.

Valley girl, oh my favorite shop, we got dresses for very good price, pants, top, blouses etc, u get it there, for type of girl, u won't lose your time.

Worst customer service. Waited at the counter for someone to process my items, the girl who came didn’t even greet me (she had short dark hair), she logged onto the computer and then asked me straight away if I was paying by card, then after that folded my clothes roughly before shoving it into the bag before pushing it on the counter over to me. I moved away from the counter with my items and then watched as she served another customer much differently to how I was served, the other customer was greeted at the counter and her clothes folded individually. I don’t appreciate this kind of treatment. If you can’t treat every customer with the same service don’t work in retail.

Worst customer service.she dont know even how to deal with a customer. Behaving very angrily and not satisfied with her.not much variety of clothing

My wife regularly shops here. At carousel I dont see variations of clothings. Valley girl in water town is what she prefers. At carousel she hardly finds clothes of her choice and budget as well. Anyway good name for budget shopping.
