Got recommended to give Vacuum World a call regarding fixing a broken appliance. Was happy with the information and the prices however will not be following through with this business due to the fact that from the moment my call was picked up, I got nothing but rudeness. I have never written a review before but I was so disgusted and disappointed with how I was spoken to for just asking for information that I would not recommend Vacuum World Bunbury to anyone.
Eccentric owner but will manage to repair just about anything. Be prepared for a discussion on the benefits of shooting and fishing
Great people who'll really help you and find a solution.
Went to about 10 different places to get an adapter for a 3-way caravan fridge. The adapter isn't available any more and no one could help. Vacuum World helped me out with an amazingly creative and skilful solution. I would have had to dispose of the fridge if it wasn't for them. They take repairing seriously and don't just replace, that's rare these days. Plus the owner is one of the most sympathetic and open minded people I've met in a while.
Was in a bit of trouble and needed a cable for my camping fridge the day before easter. They had one in stock which i didnt think possible and also offered to put a different connection on my broken cable so will now plug directly into my solar panels. Fantastic advice and prompt service. Very happy customer highly recommend them.
Worst service ever! Took my Kirby vacuum in for service, they used non genuine parts which caused it to over heat. Had to send to Perth for major repairs which cost me hundreds of dollars.
Never again will I return to Vacuum World Bunbury.
